The Episode starts with Chaddha asking Judge to give the verdict without stretching it and for the society’s betterment, give the baby’s custody to Varun. Harman tells Judge that he don’t agree to Chaddha’s saying and tells that the proof didn’t reach the court, and that he needs justice for Soumya and all the kinnars. Soumya says if innocence have to proof its authenticity, then Law have to proof that it is not blind. She asks Judge not to take verdict without reading Surbhi’s letter. Saya gets up and says we want justice. Other kinnars also say that they want justice. Judge asks them to sit and respect court. Soumya says if we don’t get the justice then we have the courage to do anything. Chaddha says they are threatening us. Soumya says it is not a threat, and tells that they are pleading
infront of Judge, law and the law system.
Sneha apologizes to Rajat and tells that she was not disloyal. Rajat asks why did you leave me then and why you want me not to fight the case. He says I have to fight this case, as Harman and Soumya’s hopes are pinned on me. Sneha says what about my hopes. She says lets elope somewhere, and says you have made all the people as your enemies, taking this kinnar case. She says she don’t want to lose him again. She says last time they were separated for 15 years and asks him to take her from there. Rajat asks her to calm down and tells that he is here. He thinks whom to support, my love who returned after 15 years to do a deal, or Soumya and the kinnars who are hoping to get justice through me.
Judge tells that they shall produce paper evidence in the court of Surbhi’s letter. He adjourns the court till Monday. Harman and Soumya go out. Soumya says we got a new date, but what will we do. She says Rajat said that we will win the case using Surbhi’s letter, but he didn’t come. Harman says he betrayed us and he ran away from court cases since 10 years. He says this case is a game for him and goes out. Soumya comes behind him. Rajat recalls Sneha’s words and then Soumya’s hopes from him. He thinks he can’t leave Soumya on the way. Sneha sees him standing outside, and writes on a paper. She then takes her phone and leaves from the hospital. Rajat turns and comes inside the ward, but she is already gone. He checks for her in the bathroom and reads the letter kept there. He reads the phone number written on it. He uses hospital phone to call on that number. Sneha picks his call and tells that those people came inside the hospital and asks him to take a right decision. She takes out the sim card and throws it. A car comes there. Sneha wears the mangalsutra. Harman and Soumya come to Rajat’s house. He knocks on the door and asks him to come out. Soumya asks him to calm down. Harman gets inside the house and breaks the things in his room. Soumya finds Rajat’s phone in his house. She says may be he was helpless. Harman tells that this man can’t go anywhere until our decision is taken, and says he will take him to court.
Sukha asks Varun where is Rajat, and asks if he did something. Varun says I didn’t do anything. He says then who did this. Sneha is going from there in the car and looks at them. Rajat calls on her number and finds it to be off. He drinks wine thinking about her and calls her repeatedly. He recalls her words.
Harman and Soumya come to Rajat’s house again. Harman calls him. Soumya asks him to calm down and asks if he accepted her with her identity on Rajat’s sayings and if they started this custody fight on his saying and asks him to trust Mata Rani. She says she just needs his support and asks him to come home. Rajat is coming home, when a fast speedy car is about to hit him. Harman saves him and asks you’re drunk. He says you gave us hope and left us alone. Soumya says they shall take him home. They take Rajat to his house and make him sleep. Soumya checks him and says he is having high fever. Harman checks for the medicine. Soumya takes the bedsheet to tie his feet. Harman asks what is she doing? Soumya tells that even mummy ji does the same thing when someone have fever. Harman is upset. Soumya tells that he supported her and took our case, when everybody refused to take the case. She asks him to let her take care of him and brings a bowl of water, and keeps wet cloth on his forehead. Rajat wakes up in the morning with a heavy head. He gets up and sees Soumya in the kitchen. He gets surprised.
Soumya brings lemon water for him, and says she made it to relieve his headache. Rajat drinks it and asks what you both are doing here? Harman says Soumya cares for you still and tells that you betrayed us and didn’t come for hearing. He asks why did you betray us, and says I need answers to all my questions. Door bell rings. Milk man comes and says he came to give milk. Rajat asks her to take the bowl from kitchen. Milkman comes inside and asks Rajat what happened to him. He gives him Sneha’s letter and asks him to read it. Soumya brings bowl and takes milk. Harman asks Soumya to make strong coffee for everyone, and more strong for Rajat. Rajat tells that he will go to court, and tells that he needs to file the papers else they will get late. Soumya tells Harman that today is Sunday and the court will be closed today. Harman says we shall follow him and asks her to do as he says.
Precap: Rajat is riding on his bike and sees Harman and Soumya following him. He tries to stop them. Harman comes to him and asks him to answer him. Rajat asks him to let him go.
