The Episode starts with Veer giving bouquet to Sanchi and says welcome back. Sanchi thinks he is upto mischief. He asks her to take it and says he brought it with so much love. Sanchi takes flowers from his hand and suddenly honey bees come out from it. Sanchi tries to make honey bee go with flowers and its petals fall on her. Veer smiles and shows the fake honey bees remote. Sanchi gets angry. Veer says you have kept petals on your way. Isha and pragya are happy to see them together. Sanchi asks him if he is ready with the speech. Veer says he can’t write speech. Sanchi says ok and asks him to come.

Savitri asks Dr. Malhotra who told him about Vikrant. Dr. Malhotra says he met his father in a meeting and tells that Vikrant is a good guy. Savitri says he seems to be strange. Dr. Malhotra

says Vikrant is unique, but loves Priya a lot.
A woman cries in the hospital asking Doctor to do the kidney transplant and says she got 20 lakhs by selling her stuff. Soumya comes there and says she is ready to donate her kidney. Woman thanks Soumya. Doctor asks Soumya to get some tests done and asks if her family consent is there. Soumya nods. Woman gives 20 lakhs to Soumya.

Veer talks to Dadi and Savitri and sound nervous. They smile talking to him. Veer have something in the hospital canteen. Sanchi comes there and calls Veer. Veer turns and sees her. She sits and asks him not to be nervous. She asks him to go to stage, don’t look at the people, but think about someone whom you loves the most, then your fear will go. She says you didn’t stand in the election to make other lose, but for your own win and gives her best wishes.

Ria campaigns for herself. Pragya tells Ria that her dad rules only in this hospital, but her dad rules in the country. She sees Isha campaigning for Neeta and gets angry. Sanchi comes and asks what happened. Isha tells them that neeta blackmailed her. Sanchi and Pragya also campaign for Neeta to support Isha. Adarsh hears and thinks he has to do something everyone is supporting Neeta.

Dr. Malhotra asks Ria to learn the speech which he has written for her. Ria tells Madhu and Bala that it is difficult to understand. Madhu Bala tells that they will rewrite it to make speech easy for her. Neeta comes out. Adarsh and Neeta argues over the campaign.

Nurse comes and asks Soumya to write on the form and sign before the procedure. Sanchi comes and checks it, asks your name is Soumya, why did you write Tarana. Soumya says her other name is Tarana. Sanchi asks where is Harman? Soumya says he is there where he shall be. Sanchi asks if everything is fine. Just then she gets call from nurse asking her to collect reports. Sanchi goes and thinks she has to find out what Soumya is hiding, still there are two hours for surgery.
