The Episode starts with Veer doubting on Sanchi Mishra and asks Sanchi why her name is Sanchi. Isha and Pragya hear him. Pragya comes to him and asks him to forget about Sanchi mishra and focus on Sanchi agarwal. Veer asks really? Pragya then asks Sanchi to divert his mind. Veer asks Sanchi to come and have tea. Sanchi thinks Veer hates Sanchi Mishra a lot, when he comes to know that I am Sanchi Mishra then what will happen. Isha and Pragya think how to bring Sanchi Mishra now.
Sanket tells Vikrant that he is very lucky as his wife loves him a lot and sent bouquet for him. Vikrant says they both love each other a lot. Sanket suggests him to plan a date for Priya. Vikrant likes the idea and asks Sanket to make arrangements for their grand date, and it shall be special. He thinks he loves
Priya very much…Vikrant loves Priya very much, sounds good to hear.
Everyone talk about the hospital elections and say that they will win and participate. Pragya tells that she will stand with HR dept. Sanchi says Dr. Kabir is best with surgery and medicine dept. Veer says so much confidence on him and declares that he is standing against Dr. Kabir. Sanchi asks what you are saying? Veer says I will stand and also win. Sanchi tells him that Dr. Kabir is the best and it is impossible to win over him. Veer says there is nothing impossible in his dictionary and asks her to stop praising Dr. Kabir and support him instead. Sanchi nods. Veer says he will go and sign the form. He names Pragya and Isha as Betaal No. 1 and Betaal No. 2 as they stuck to sanchi all the time. Pragya says they give right suggestion to Sanchi always.
Gayatri thinks how can she gets saved. Dr. Malhotra comes to her and asks if she tried to make Savitri slip. Gayatri sheds tears and emotionally blackmails him. Dr. Malhotra apologizes and says he trusts her a lot and that’s why giving her responsibility to her. Gayatri thinks he is so clever. Dr. Malhotra thanks him.
Priya thinks Sanket might have felt bad about the bouquet incident. She gets a card inviting her to celebrate special day. She thinks Sanket must be doing this and gets worried. Vikrant comes and asks what is in your hands. Priya shows him card. Vikrant laughs and says you are hiding my card from me. He says he wants to take her on date. Priya says you are world’s best husband. Vikrant asks her to reach on time. Priya says she will reach before time.
Savitri is talking to Dadi and Neeta. Dadi asks Gayatri to make some sweet dish for them. Gayatri is annoyed and thinks she will show when her right time comes. She brings sweets. Dadi feeds sweets to Savitri and says it is a good start. She asks Gayatri to give the keys. Savitri asks why keys are with Gayatri. Dadi says as she is old, Gayatri was taking up the responsibility. Gayatri says just now Savitri ji came, let her rest for some days. Neeta tells her that keys belong to Savitri and she shall get it. Dadi insists asking her to give keys. Gayatri unwillingly gives keys. Dadi gives keys to Savitri and says it is elder bahu’s rights to take care of home. Savitri takes the keys and tells Gayatri that she must be relieved from the responsibilities now.
Gayatri tells Savitri that she stays with her mom here. Savitri questions dadi. Neeta tells that her mum’s condition is bad and someone has to be with him always.
Jaya calls Sunny and wonders where is Sunny. Dadi says he must have gone to his friend’s house. She calls Rahul, but he tells that Sunny left long ago. Jaya gets angry.
Veer and Sanchi exchange message. He asks what she will do if he wins election. Sanchi smiles and replies to him. Dr. Kabir thinks about Sanchi and smiles. Kusum asks why he is smiling. Dr. Kabir asks her to make something for him and says he is hungry. Kusum says she will not go to kitchen now and asks him to make halwa which Sanchi made that day and asks him to call her. Dr. Kabir thinks she will think odd, then thinks to call her. He calls Sanchi and asks about the recipe. Sanchi tells the recipe while he makes. He thanks Sanchi and says you are a good cook. After ending the call, Sanchi sees Veer’s messages and replies to him that she was talking to Dr. Kabir. Veer asks why? Sanchi replies he had some work and that’s why called her. She asks if he is sure about elections to stand against Dr. Kabir. Veer messages that he has not done anything easy till now, and his win is sure as she is with him. Sanchi smiles and writes Dr. Kabir is the best doctor and had always won without any opposition. Veer replies that he shall have the feeling of competition and let him taste the feeling of losing. He thinks he shall win the elections to win her heart.
Dr. Kabir gets Ms. Fernandes message saying that she filled form on his behalf for the elections. He messages that he don’t want to stand in elections but the message is sent to Sanchi. Sanchi is replying to veer that Dr. Kabir is the best, but the message is sent to Dr. Kabir. Dr. Kabir gets happy and thinks how can Sanchi trusts him a lot. He smiles and realizes that the halwa is burnt. Kusum comes there. Dr. Kabir tells her that may be Sanchi likes him.
Priya comes to the place and sees Sanket there. Sanket tells that he has made the arrangements for her. They are about to kiss, but Priya realizes that she is married now. She slaps him. Sanket tells her that he came for her and will not lose now. He will free her from all problems. Sanchi thinks why Veer is not replying to her. Just then Veer comes there and insists her to come for a drive and have icecream with him. Pragya asks Sanchi to go. Sanchi agrees to go.

Receptionist tells Sanchi that she got some parcel. Sanchi goes without taking it. Pragya and Isha are about to take the parcel, but Veer says he will give it to Sanchi.
