The Episode starts with Aarav coming to the kitchen. Reema asks if you need anything. Aarav asks if I need anyone’s permission to come to my kitchen. Reema says I just want to help you. Aarav says I don’t need anyone’s help or sympathy. Reema thinks what has happened to Aarav and goes. Aarav takes the milk bottle from fridge and drinks it, fully. His skin turn scaly as of a snake. Simar comes there and snatches glass bottle from his hand, and says you are allergic to milk. He says he wanted to drink and that’s why drank. Simar says Aarav ji doesn’t like milk and he is allergic to it. She looks at the glass bottle. Aarav gets up from the bed and his skin turns scaly again. Simar is sleeping. Aarav pulls out the snake’s skin from his tshirt and throws it down from the window. He looks at the manis in his hand and thinks he needs her one drop of blood and then his aim will be fulfilled, for what he came. He is about to pierce needle in his finger, when Simar wakes up and he pretends to be sleeping. Simar sleeps again. Aarav says he is not in a hurry and will do the work in the morning. He says tomorrow will not so good for her.
In the morning, he asks Simar to stitch the jacket button. She says I will bring another jacket. He asks her to stitch the button. Simar stitches the button and cuts the thread with her teeth. Aarav makes her finger touches the needle and takes the blood from her finger. He says it is not a big thing, get the bandage. Simar goes. He then picks the mani and says he wanted one drop of blood of the purest soul, and Simar is the one, her love for Aarav is very deep and immense which can’t be measured. He applies Simar’s blood on the naagmani and it turns red. He says now I can take my real avatar. Red rays falls on him from the mani and his skin turns scaly. Soon he becomes a snake. Reema witnesses everything and gets shocked. She says Aarav is a snake and runs from there. Simar thinks Aarav ji ignored my injury, may be he is in trauma. The snake is coming behind Reema. Reema shouts Simar and coming, when the snake bites her and she falls unconscious. Everyone rushes to Reema. Badimaa asks Simar, why Reema was taking your name. Simar says don’t know. Reyansh calls doctor. Snake becomes Aarav and asks what happened to Reema. He keeps his hand on her foot and the snake bite sign vanish from her foot. Reema gets up. Aarav asks if she is fine. Simar asks if you are fine. Reema says she fell down unconscious due to tiredness. Simar says she saw snake bite on her foot. Reema says I would have died if snake had bitten me. She says you have panicked and called everyone.
Chitra asks Vivaan to take her to room. Simar thinks why don’t I believe di? Aarav tells Reema that she did a good job, by convincing everyone. He says this is mani and asks her to collect everyone’s blood drops and keep it on mani. Reema says your work will be done and goes. Aarav says very good and smiles. Simar comes to the temple and tells Mata rani that her heart is feeling that he is not her Aarav ji, and her mind is saying otherwise. She says only a wife can identify her husband’s changed voice, behavior and etc. She says my mind is supporting my heart, and saying that I had brought Aarav ji from death. She says I shall give him some time, but this heart is not agreeing, and asks her to take her to truth. She asks her to guide her. A guy comes there. And keeps hand on the diya, which Simar is trying to save from blowing off. She looks at him.
