Alot consoles Ishan and says he should be strong for Titli. Inder asks Ishan to come and have coffee with him. Ishan says he will not go anywhere until Titli gains consciousness. Inder says his mind will be diverted and takes him away. Doctor informs Alok, Ilesh, and Rano that Titli gained consciousness now and any one of them can meet her. Rano says she will meet Titli first. At Kashyap house, Ambarnath insists everyone to tell what happened to Titli that she is hospitalized. They try to divert his attention, but he gets adamant and asks Shailaja not to lie to him. Shailaja informs him that Titli is shot and Ishan took her to hospital.
Rano meets Titli and apologizes her for troubling her. She says Titli is too good and Ishan cannot get a life partner better than her. She promises her that she will love her so much that she forgets all her pains. Shailaja informs Amabarnath and Gayathri that Titli is out of danger now. Rano walks in and holding Shailaja’s feet apologizes her. Shailaja asks her not to apologize her as she realized her mistake. Gayathri says their family is bonded with love. Shailaja says one who realizes his/her mistakes deserves forgiveness.
Next day, Ishan with Inder heads towards hospital to meet Titli. Rani gives him magazines for Titli. He says Titli will be discharged tomorrow, Ishika gives him pendrive with Titli’s favorite songs to entertain her, Rano gives him soup for Titli. Ishan says hospital doesn’t allow outside food. Inder says he will have it on the way. They both leave for hospital. Rano plans Titli’s graha pravesh with family.
Ishan returns home and removes Suhana’s photos from his room. Shailaja walks in and says she feels happy for him. Next day, whole Kashyap family waits for Titli to return home. Rano with Shailaja performs Titli and Ishan’s graha pravesh. Whole family welcomes Titli. At night, Ishan takes medicine and water for Titli in groom’s dress. Titli waits for him in bridal dress. Ishan gives her medicine and says he got a gift for her. Titli says even she got a gift for her and finds it missing. Ishika and Meethi enters laughing with the gift and say even they can steal like her. Titli says someone stole from her for the first time. Ishika says Ishan stole her heart first. Titli smiles at Ishan.
Next day, Avni visits Kashyaps. Titli apologizes her. Avni asks her not to and reveals that she has decided to give her ex-husband Rahul a second chance. Titli congraulates her. After sometime, Kashyaps enjoy lunch and praise Titli. Jagadish joins them and thanks them for accepting his daughter. Kashyaps say even he is part of their family now. They all enjoy a quality time together.
