Saraswatichandra 22nd August 2013 Written Episode

The Episode starts with Kusum coming towards Saras unknown of his presence. Saras moves from his place and Kusum could not see him. Kusum calls Badimaa and says she reached safely. She says they have kept a party for her. Badimaa asks did you talk to Pramad and hows Kumud. Kusum says I will meet Pramad in the party and Kumud looks worried, I will find out about her. Kusum says she will call later and cuts the call. Kumud and Pramad enter the party. Kumud is about to fall on the stairs, Pramad holds her and says do you remember you are going to tell me something after the party. The dance starts. Everyone enjoy the dance. Everyone are shocked to see Pramad in the party and smile.

Kalika comes to Saras’s room and thinks what was Kumud doing in Saras’s room. Kalika looks around in the room for some proof. Kalika thinks there has to be something. She checks Saras’ bag and finds Kumud’s Kamarbandh. Kalika wears it and smiles. Kusum is shocked to see Saras in the party. Kumud watches them. Alak introduces Saras to Kusum saying he is Naveenchandra. Alak says mum liked Kusum a lot, I told her that she can get you fixed with Kusum. Kusum looks at Kumud. Kumud signs Kusum to be quiet. Kusum greets Saras. Alak says this party is special, like Pramad is here in the party. Kusum says my Didi can turn anyone’s no to a yes. Kusum looks at Saras. Kalika comes there and says Budhidhan is callin you. Kalika notices that Kusum was staring at Saras and asks why are you looking like this. Kalika says did you now meet him when he came to your house in the patphere ritual. Kalika introduces herself.

Kusum asks her to bring sweets for her. Kalika smiles and says sure. Budhidhan praises Saras and his arrangements. Budhidhan says he got much happy because of Saras. Budhidhan asks Kusum did you like the party, we have given this for you. Kalika brings sweets for Kusum. Kalika shows the Kamarbandh to Kumud saying maybe you left it. Kusum reacts saying its Didi’s. Saras is shocked.

Kalika says I got this in Naveen’s room, is this yours. Kusum says its mine, maybe it fell on the way, I thought I lost it. Pramad hears everything. Saras says I found it, so I kept it thinking I will give it back to Pramad’s mum. Pramad comes and laughs. He says Kusum I wanted you to meet Naveenchandra, he is out protector, he saved Kumud. Everyone looks on. Saras controls his anger.

Post party, Pramad’s mum and Kumud talk about Pramad. She says Budhidhan loves Pramad a lot and maybe you can bring them closer. She says I did not see Naveen eating anything, did he eat or not. Kumud says don’t know. Kusum looks at Kumud and says I will take the food for Naveen as I want to thank him as he brought Didi safely home. Pramad’s mum agrees. Kusum leaves. Saras thinks of talking to Kusum. He says I m here to help Kumud. Kusum comes to him and says I brought food or you. They look at each other.

Kumud comes to Pramad and says I thought you won’t drink today. Pramad says why not, I think you should drink too. Kumud says you wanted to know about me. Pramad says yes, that is why I agreed to come with you in the party. He taunts her saying you are going to tell me about your past, so start it, I will leave the wine too to know the truth. He says don’t be afraid, I won’t do anything as I don’t care. Kusum says Saras I don’t want to know why you broke your relation with my Didi, why did you come in her life again. Kumud tells Pramad about Saraswatichandra saying he kept his mum’s name as he loved his mum a lot. Saras says Saraswatichandra died, I m Naveenchandra. Kusum says it looks like you want to hurt Kumud further to insult her infront of her inlaws. Kusum says till you are here infront of her eyes, she cannot be happy, so go from here. Saras looks surprised.

Precap:
Kalika tells Kumud that she is with Pramad since 13 years, we won’t leave each other. Kusum hears this and is shocked.

Khumud’s FIL asks who… when Kalika comes and gives Khusum the sweet and then tells Khumud that she forgot her kamarpandh.. She tells she found it in SC’s room..

All are looking shocked.. Khusum saves them.. Pramad comes and taunts that SC is a saviour he not only saved the kamarpandh but also pride of the house.. SC is irritated and Khusum looks on..

Scene shifts to kitchen,
Khumud, Khusum, Khumud’s MIL and the servant are working.. Khumud’s MIL praises SC for organising the celebration and Khumud for bringing Pramad.. She worries about him having food.. She asks the servant to give food for SC.. Khusum takes it from her on the pretext of thanking for bringing Khumud home.. Khumud’s MIL is embarrassed but allows her..

Scene shifts to SC’s room,
SC is worried about Khusum’s reaction.. Khusum comes to give food and calls him Navinchandra..

Scene shifts to Khumud’s room,
Khumud comes in and tells Pramad that she thought he wouldn’t drink today.. He says that what celebration without drinking and offers her.. He says she always sad so she can forget her sadness by drinking.. She says that she is happy that he thought for her sadness.. She reminds him about telling everything.. Pramad had forgotten and praises her to keep her promise.. He says he shall stop drinking for sometime to listen to his wife’s love story..

Scene shifts to SC’s room,
SC tries to explain but Khusum doesn’t allow him.. She tells she never thought SC could impersonate as someone else.. She accuses him of spoiling Khumud’s married life..

Scene shifts to Khumud’s room,
Khumud tells about SC and his mother.. She praises his mother and tells about her family’s relation with SC’s mom.. Pramad looks on disinterested..

Scene shifts to SC’s room,
SC tells that he is Navinchandra and SC is dead.. Khusum continues her accusation and tells him to leave Khumud’s sasural..

Precap: Kalika tells Khumud that Pramad and she are with each other for 13 years.. She adds that they both will never ditch each other.. Khusum who hears this shocked..

All is well with Saraswatichandra!!

After recuperating from striking news in the media about the change in the production house, it’s time for Saraswatichandra to have a smooth journey without any hurdles creeping in for now at least.

Sanjay Leela Bhansali Productions Saraswatichandra on Star plus, which is said to be a movie on small screen was in news for quite some time now to list the major one was the financial issues which the actors and the production people faced.

As per the buzzing news, the lead actors of the show were not being paid their salary on time, this move even saw a probable change of the production house. It was reported that Sphere Origins a leading production house would take over the highly budgeted show Saraswatichandra. But things did not materialize with the new production house and hence the show landed up in Sanjay Leela Bhansalis hands. Sanjay will continue with his ongoing dream project.

The latest we hear from the sets is Gautam Rode had stopped shooting for Saraswatichandra as he was not paid the remuneration of 90 days, so he refrained coming to the sets to shoot. But things are now under control and Gautam has resumed back to shoot for the show.

While there were other issues troubling the makers of the show was shooting in small locations with a huge star cast. However, there was a ray of hope when Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s production house made painstaking efforts to resolve these issues.

We asked Gautam Rode what he had to comment on the current scenario? “I don’t want to comment anything, but I would just say that things are heading better day by day. I am shooting for the show however, I cant say, what will happen in the coming episodes.”
