Kesari is all mesmerised by Anjana’s beauty and happy to have her in his life. She too is in very much love with him. She prays that that rudraksh rosary always protects him so he can be with her always.

Satyabhama talks about the meaning of vermilion and what it means for a woman. Shri Krishna is not so convinced by her words. A man who has applied vermilion can also understand it. The ladies are confused. Which man applies vermilion? Shri Krishna takes Hanuman’s name. The ladies are all the more intrigued. Shri Krishna turns to Rukmini. The one who applies it should tell you about that incident. Rukmini agrees. The incident is of the time when Lord Rama had returned to Ayodhya after killing Ravan. All the vanars left but Hanuman couldn’t leave his Aaradhya. She stayed in Ayodhya only. On one Tuesday, he surprised everyone when he entered in the court. He had applied vermilion from top to toe.

Ayodhya:
Everyone is chanting praises of Shri Rama. Shri Rama wonders where Hanuman is. Hanuman enters just then. Everyone looks at him curiously as it seems as if he has bathed himself in vermilion. Shri Rama smiles as Hanuman greets him. what is this? Which avatar is this? Hanuman ji has donned this look to make him happy. Shri Rama asks him who told him that this or some kind of special avatar makes him happy. Hanuman ji gives the credit to Mata Sita.

Sita Mata is trying to open the vermilion box. She smiles when she is finally able to do so. Hanuman ji asks him as to why she applies vermilion. Mata Sita explains the significance of vermilion to Hanuman ji. Your Swami gets long life if a married woman applies it. Hanuman ji thanks her for sharing this knowledgeable thing with her. Later, Hanuman ji gladly applies vermilion all over his body.

Shri Rama reasons that Janki (Sita Mata) applies just a bit of vermilion. Hanuman ji says I have done so so you never leave your devotees. You will become immortal this way and stay with us for forever. Shri Rama is touched. He holds Hanuman by his shoulders. Your love, devotion and simplicity are invaluable. This kind of devotion makes me stoop in front of my devotees. You have done such a beautiful gesture for me today on Tuesday. From now onwards, whoever will pray to with complete devotion and will worship your this form will be blessed by me. I will take care of them / adore you just like I adore you. Hanuman ji bows down before him. a bhajan plays in the background.

Shri Krishna’s wives are amused after hearing this story. Rukmini says I had also told (in my Janki avatar) Hanuman how vermilion is actually a symbol of your never ending devotion to your husband (Swami). Hanuman too showed his devotion towards Lord by doing the same. Jamwati is impressed by Hanuman ji’s undivided attention to Lord Rama. One of his wives asks him Shri Rama about Kesari and Anjana. Shri Krishna says they were really happy together but they couldn’t have a child even though they were married for years. Kesari used to feel guilty. Anjana too was very pained by the fact that she couldn’t become a mother. She knew how important it was to continue the family lineage. It is about Pitra-Rin. The door of the heavens will not be open for a man otherwise. Slowly, they were always being troubled by the fact that they dint have a child.

Kesari looks out of the window. He gets sad as he notices some kids playing. Anjana too notices him thus. She too feels bad.

Jamwati wonders why Anjana was not able to conceive when she was actually blessed to bring Lord Shiva’s ansh in the world. Shri Krishna says it was no problem if Anjana had to give birth to a normal baby but she had to actually carry Lord Shiva’s ansh in her womb. She was not so ready for it. She was an apsara in her previous birth. Heaven is a place of fun and frolic and enjoyment. She had to do some tapasya for it. Kesari and Anjana too wanted to find out more about it. They wanted to know what they could do to have a baby. They tried a lot many options but in vain. They approached Rishi Matang to understand how they can fulfil their wish. Rishi Matang had guided Shabri when I was in my Rama avatar.

Rishi Matang blesses the couple to have a baby in the first go when they greet him. Kesari and Anjana look at each other. Rishi Matang can see the surprise on their face. Kesari is grateful to him for blessing him with what they want. Just help us in knowing when we will be lucky. Rishi Matang says it will surely come true but only after Anjana does a rigid Tapasya for 12 years. The couple is taken aback.

Precap: Anjana starts her tapasya. Ma Parvati tells Lord Shiva to bless Anjana now for her hard work. Lord Shiva appears before Kesari and Anjana. He blesses them with their desired boon.
