Scene 1
Gauri sits with Chanda and says you will call Amrita and Rajeev as your parents from now on, you want to fulfill your dreams right? Your life will change now, Amrita loves you a lot and we have told them everything about ourselves to them and they still want to adopt you, we will stay here with you but the only difference is you will live with Tara and call them parents from now on. All our lives will be settled so do you accept? Chanda says no. Gopal looks away and cries. Gauri glares at Chanda. Chanda shouts to stay away, she starts knitting a sweater, Gopal says the needle will prick you. Amrita comes there and says don’t do it. Chanda pricks herself so Gopal gets worried. Chanda tells Gauri to not be miffed with her. Amrita says no one is separating you from your parents but you will get a new family. Chanda hugs Gauri and says I don’t need a new family. Gauri thinks Amrita might change her decision because of her tears. She shouts at Chanda to stop this drama. Chanda asks Gopal if she did something wrong? why is he asking her to go away from him? Gopal cries and packs her clothes. He asks her to go with Amrita. Chanda cries and runs from there. Amrita tells Gopal that I can’t thank you enough for this sacrifice, I know Gauri is not a good mother so I will take care of Chanda. Gopal requests her to take care of his daughter. Amrita nods and takes Chanda from there. Chanda sadly looks at Gopal and runs back to him but Gauri locks the door and separae them. Chanda and Gopal cry for each other. Amrita hugs Chanda and consoles her. Maasa and Rajeev come to her. Maasa says don’t touch her right now, we have to remove her poor identity, we will change her outlook and then we will announce her adoption, I have called the priest for the pooja tomorrow. She takes Chanda from there.
Maasa tells Chanda that your eyes are like me. Chanda says my eyes are on Gopal. Maasa says you will call me dadi from now on. Tara is shocked and thinks she is my dadi only, she pushes Chanda away. Gopal and Gauri come there too. Gauri stops Gopal from going to her. Amrita tells Tara that she is your sister. Tara says no, she is a servant and her own parents don’t love her anymore, I won’t share my family with her. She is about to slap Chanda but she stops her and says stop hurting me, I won’t be your friend anymore. Tara asks Maasa to scold her. Maasa asks Tara to stop fighting. Tara says she is not my sister, she tells Amrita that this all happened because of you, she leaves.
Tara and Chanda are sleeping on the same bed. They turn away from each other and don’t talk. They see a mascot coming in the room and get scared. Tara and Chanda hug each other in fear but then move away. The mascot says you can’t sleep when you are sad so I am here to cheer you up. I will sort everything. The mascot starts dancing. Chanda and Tara join her. They all dance and go to beed. Amrita takes off her mask and says I hope to be a good mother to them.
In the morning, Gauri dresses up and tells the servant to make her favorite dishes. Gauri says I am a madam now. She hears Rajeev and Lakshita talking. Lakshita tells Rajeev that I can’t wait more. Rajeev says we will become one when the time is right, just trust me. Lakshita says you care about others more than me. Rajeev says Tara is above everyone for me but you are not a mother or a wife so you think breaking off a relationship is easy, he leaves. Lakshita cries hearing that. Gauri hides and hears all that.
Amrita gets Chanda ready like Tara. Tara gets angry and leaves from there. Gauri brings juice for Tara but she throws it away and says I don’t need it. Gauri says your mom will scold you. Tara says she always finds faults in me only. Gauri says the truth is bitter. Tara asks if she was right when she said that Amrita wanted me gone with you? Gauri says yes, she gave me a blank cheque to take you away as she wanted to Chanda here. Tara starts crying. Amrita comes there and asks what happened? Tara says I am sorry for pushing Chanda before. Amrita says it’s good you have realized your mistake. Tara smirks at Gauri.
Precap: Amrita says to Gauri, I know very well you won’t stop at this. Gauri says, I don’t know about that, but I know that I’m going to win by hook or by crook.
