Sanjeeda Sheikh (Sejal) shoots for her death sequence in Piya Ka Ghar Pyaara Lage

The female lead and the face of the show, Sahara One’s Piya Ka Ghar Pyaara Lage (Entertainment Hub), Sanjeeda Sheikh, as we all know, quit the project in search of greener pastures. But the lovely lady’s move has certainly put the makers in a quandary. As reported earlier by us, post Sanjeeda’s exit, the cast and crew have not shot since 26 December 2012. Reason? The creatives have no clue on how to take the plot forward and they are yet to find an apt replacement.

It is heard that the regular shooting schedule will re-commence from 17 January (2013). But prior to that, the makers did can an important scene, that of Sejal aka Sanjeeda’s death sequence.

Now we also hear that the creatives have shelved the idea of getting a replacement in and post Sejal’s death, will infuse a new track.

“As for Sejal’s exit, she will be seen dying in a car accident. Sanjeeda is not part of the show anymore yet she came to shoot her final scenes on time. She even agreed to come for a day or two more if the need arises,” said a source.

Producer Ankur Joshi confirmed the same and said, “Yes, we will be showing Sanjeeda’s death sequence.”
