Folks…last week you guys chose TV heartthrob Kunal Karan Kapoor of Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha fame as the most popular male actor on TV in recent times. Post that… came the turn of the fairer sex. It was the turn to choose the most popular TV actress amongst the ten hottest and most talented girls of recent times, namely…Ankita Lokhande, Drashti Dhami, Hina Khan, Kritika Kamra, Krystle Dsouza, Niaa Sharma, Pratyusha Banerjee, Rati Pandey, Sakshi Tanwar, Sanaya Irani.

Well…we received an overwhelming response and the battle became intense between three faces, namely Sanaya Iarani, Drashti Dhami and Ankita Lokhande.

At the time of closing the poll, gracious and beautiful Sanaya (Khushi of Star Plus’ Iss Pyaar Ko Kyaa Naam Doon) emerged as the clear winner receiving 37% of the total votes. The second and the third place went to Ankita Lokhande (Zee TV’s Pavitra Rishta) and Drashti Dhami (Colors’ Madhubala-Ek Ishq Ek Junoon), with 26 and 14 percent votes, respectively.

We would like to congratulate Sanaya and give a pat on the back of all her fans for making her a winner. We wish her a happy and successful life ahead.
