Samrat to woo Urmi to grab her attention in Zee TV’s Doli Armaanon Ki
Zee TV’s Doli Armaanon Ki (Spellbound Productions) recently saw the major high point of Samrat (Mohit Malik) beating his wife Urmi (Neha Marda) with his belt, post which the man got bed-ridden with his leg fractured in an accident.
Now Samrat, the dictator needs a person’s help at every walk of life. And the ongoing track has shown Urmi (Neha Marda) performing the duties of a wife diligently. However, Garjan Singh (Anupam Shyam) will soon raise a doubt in Samrat’s mind that Urmi goes about her chores of helping her husband no doubt, but does all this without any emotions towards her husband.
This thought will leave Samrat zapped, and he will start to wonder whether Urmi loves him or not.
In the track to come, Samrat will start observing Urmi’s actions, especially when she is feeding him, changing his shirt or even giving him medicines.
A source states, “Samrat will try his best to woo Urmi, and will also try to grab her attention by dropping his food on his clothes while eating. However, Urmi will continue to help him without showing any sort of concern or love for her husband.”
Reality will then strike Samrat, and he will seek Garjan Singh’s help to understand Urmi better.
We hear the Garjan will advise Samrat to change himself and try to please Urmi so that things can get normal between them.
Does this mean that Samrat has mellowed down towards Urmi? Will we see a change in him now?

I don’t believe in divorce but I also don’t believe that a woman should be treated like a doormat and a punching bag….
Samrat deserves to be punished, No he needs to be punished – He cannot get away from his punishment by changing into a caring and sensitive man all of a sudden…
The writers have shown us his arrogance, Ego and violent behaviour, now they have to show us his suffering and punishment as well as his repentance…..
Also, I really want them to show us Urmi’s strength as a woman, not just as a dead dutiful wife…
The creative has shown us the woman abuse now they have to show woman empowerment as all the previous episodes would have been in vain if they don’t….
Serials are for entertainment, yes, but it also needs to have some semblance of realism – everything should not always be sugar-coated….

July 10, 08:52I agree with both of u. I think she needs to b straight with his mother. Then she needs to find out abt his philandering habits nd throw it in his and hios mothers face. Her face should live with samrat nd stop groveling. I can’t believe he has no feelings for his child nd all he worries abt is society. Then amrit needs to be exposed as well and amrit nd samrat need a harsh punishment cos they r dogs. Writers need to be realistic here and show women that they r strong nd can survive the harsh realities that men dish out to us.
