Samiksha Bhatnagar to play a cop for the first time in Star Plus’ Arjun

Samiksha Bhatnagar, who was last seen in Ek Veer Ki Ardaas – Veera, will now play a cop for the first time in her acting career. The actress who has always had a penchant for action-packed performances, and has been known for her cowboy image since her school days is simply thrilled to play a cop for 4 Lions Films’ thriller Arjun on Star Plus.

She will play the intelligent and powerful cop Preeti who has solved many a cases in the past, but there is one case which will put her in a bizarre situation. She will now seek the help of her old friend Arjun, essayed by Shaleen Malhotra to solve this case and nab the killer. Hence Arjun will be summoned by Preeti to Pune where this case will get solved. Talented actor Dayashankar Pandey who is presently seen in Ek Veer Ki Ardaas Veera will play the baddie in this particular episode.

When contacted, Samiksha told us, “I am feeling like a real cop by doing all the stunts by myself. My fans will really like this new side of mine. The beauty of this story in Arjun will lie in the manner in which the case is dealt with by Preeti and Arjun.”
