The Episode starts with Vedika coming to Nityam and sees him talking on the phone. She says Saavi asked me to talk to you, and tells that whatever happened is wrong. Nityam tells that it is a wonder that in 3 days, I have become case study of corruption dept rather than top businessman. He says when you all were singing and dancing, I was feeling as the loser. He says how you will feel when you are blamed for no reasons. He says someone from the house is involved, who uses Himesh chachu’s laptop. He says my Mother didn’t tell me once, that you trust me. Vedika says it is not like that. Nityam says my mother doesn’t want to look at me and don’t trust me. Vedika says you are very ambititious. He asks if I was sent to jail as I am ambitious. He says he made himself and his business successful, and never walked on baba’s footsteps who gave his life. He says you might don’t trust me, but I have blood of you and baba, who didn’t do any mistake. Vedika says he didn’t do and stops. She tells him that she trusts him fully and goes. Raksham waits for the board of directors and tells Sonam that he will not give a chance to Nityam to have a breath. Sonam thinks she got a right partners. The board of directors come there. Raksham asks them to sit and asks Giridhar to bring tea for them. Sonam thinks well done. Saavi comes to Nityam and sees him in tears. She takes his award from his hand and keeps it on the table. Nityam says I have earned this with much hardwork, and someone has snatched everything from me in one jerk, and I couldn’t do anything. He says I couldn’t understand why this is happening with me. Saavi says when I used to ride Chattriprasad, I used to pray that I earn well and shall get the passenger near the house. He asks did you get good passenger. Saavi says yes, I got whom my heart liked. She tells that they shall not fear to lose anything and says you are Nityam Dalmia, and tells that you know the way to the sky. Raksham has grabbed board of director’s collar and says how dare you, this is my house. Nityam and Saavi come there. Raksham asks him to ask them. Nityam asks them to say. The board of director is about to say. Raksham says we can talk tomorrow in office. The other board of director tells that we think that Dalmia industries can drown, it is a rumor. Nityam says I will not let anything happen to this company. The BOD tell that we don’t think that anything can happen now, and tells that share price is getting down. The other director tells that their accounts are freezed and asks how they will give the salary to the employees. The BOD asks how you will save the company now. Raksham says Nityam will stand up again and will handle the company. Himesh too takes stand for Nityam, but genuinely. Nityam tells that he takes the responsibility for the losses, and says if they have any idea then they can share, and says he promises to support them. The director asks him to sign from the board of director’s post. Raksham asks Mr. Mehta, if you don’t think that you are saying much. Mr. Mehta says this is necessary for Nityam’s mistake.

Nityam says I didn’t do any mistake and says it seems anyone from you have trapped me, and is thinking of his own betterment. He asks who is that person and keeps hand on Raksham’s shoulder. He says he is 100 percent sure that whoever has trapped him, is here infront of him, infront of his eyes. He says I don’t know what I will do with that person. Mr. Mehta says it is everyone’s decision. Saavi says I want to say something and tells that Nityam will not resign and tells that you have just said that he is the face of Dalmia Industries, and says if anyone wants to stain it then don’t you think that we shall find out the culprit. She says he has solved all the problems with his intelligence, and says I am with him and I will not let him lose. Dadu says Saavi is right, we shall find out about the culprit who trapped Nityam in money laundering. The director asks who will find out the culprit. Saavi says Raksham Bhaiyya. Raksham says whoever has done this, I will search that person and asks them to leave. They leave. Nityam says how dare them to ask me for resignations, if they think that they can handle the Dalmia industries well. Vedika asks him not to get angry. She tells him that his employees are faithful to him, and asks him to take decisions wisely. They all go to their room. Nityam tells Saavi, when any ship is about to drown, first rats run away, and tells that he will not let his company drown, and he will not drown himself.
