Gopi is preparing KinWal’s favorite food for dinner, Koki shares her happiness with Gopi, who benevolently thanks Kanaji .

Urmi is in a dentists office, it’s her turn to go in, but another lady asks her permission to go in for her grandson who is having a toothache…and she says they have to catch a flight to USA.. Urmi looks at the woman from head to toe and taunts her based on her looks… The woman furiously tries to shut up Urmi .. and boasts of her grandson being an American citizen by birth, who enjoys special privileges there. the doc comes and tells Urmi to come tomorrow and he would give a 20% discount ..Urmi agrees … and thinks about American citizen

@MM – all the modis and shahs are having dinner., baa is happy to see KinWal, Kinjal has trouble eating with her hand..dhawal feeds her.. Urmi is unable to enjoy the food because of toothache.. she is having yoghurt rice while others are having dhokla kachori and other delicacies … Urmi unable to control, takes a bite of kachori, but she cries in pain.. all others suppress their laughter looking at her… Hetal tells her to see the dentist..Koki tells her to finish the kachori..but Urmi says she is fine with yogurt rice .. Urmi whispers to Rashi that she wants to talk to her about America

In Rashi’s room., Rashi freaks out that how can she think of her (Rashi) going to US in this state …and Koki would never even agree for her to go to the parlor in the next street.. Rashi says Urmi has lost it completely … Urmi tries to convince …Rashi refuses to believe… but Urmi builds castles in air for Rashi and shows her the greener pastures on the other side without koki and family behind her back …Rashi seems convinced … but then doesn’t believe…Urmi tells her the advantages of kids born in US… Urmi tells Rashi to go through Jigar … and he will convince the family .. Rashi seems convinced

@GoHem room, Gopi talks to Meera, while Ahem is sleeping… she tells Meera to sleep properly without crying, else Maasi will be disturbed…She further tells Meera that she is gonna have either 2 brothers or 2 sisters… and asks her who she wants.. Meera cutely says “Mumma” Gopi imitates her and puts her to bed next to Ahem…

Rashi is trying to massage her feet, Jigar comes to her tries to pamper her.. but she chides him..he moves away ..then she realizes and tries to convince Jigar in her own way …Jigar says they will go to US when kids are bit older… Rashi says she wants to go now before delivery … Jigar refuses to agree to her mands of flying in the 9th month ..

Next morning, Urmi in dentist’s chair..A young intern is ready to uproot her tooth, Urmi is skeptical about his calibre.. but the senior dentist convinces her.. as expected the intern/Junior dentist uproots the wrong tooth, Urmi threatens to report in police., the senior dentist offers her a golden tooth and a free of cost uprooting of the original tooth which was to be removed.. Urmi agrees… later the dentist gives her a list of tooth that need treatment and the cost of which is gonna be Rs 40,000 …Urmi is thinking about it …

Rashi is annoyed waiting for her turn at the doctor’s office.. Urmi comes there smiling wide, Koki , Hetal are shocked to see the golden tooth.. Rashi queries about it…Urmi says it’s free gold tooth and it’s a long story .. Urmi tries to talk to Meera, who starts crying ,., koki tries to calm her down.. Urmi tries to talk to Meera.. Rashi tells Urmi not to scare Meera with her tooth… Koki also tells her to stop smiling as Meera is crying because of her.. Koki and Hetal take Meera to get the polio shots done..

Doc Joshi informs Rashi that her babies are not in the right position .. but since there is time of one month … she hopes the babies come to the right position and tells her to walk 30 minutes each day .. Urmi and Rashi come into the lounge, Urmi tells Rashi that she has terrific idea (kalakari) with which she can go to US… Rashi seemed reluctant owing to the success of the kalakari… Urmi convinces her saying she has only few days to fly and to implement this idea.. Rashi is convinced… Hetal, Koki come back with Meera… Rashi is sitting in the waiting area and crying ..Koki asks her why she is crying ..Rashi tells about the babies not being in the right position as per doctor Joshi,, Hetal Koki are shocked …
