Gehna offers medicine to Surya. Surya gets romantic and asks her to feed him medicine. She feeds him medicine and milk and laughs seeing milk moustache on his lip. He romantically dances with her on Ju Tu Mera Hamard Hai.. song. She closes her eyes lost in him. He asks her to not to move and clicks her pictures. Serial’s title track plays in the background. She checks pictures and says they are incomplete, she can click better pics. He accepts challenge. She makes him sit and clicks their pics and says now its complete. He expresses his love for her in a poetic way. She recalls a woman keeping a chit in front of her Suhani’s husband’s photo. She says she will take him on a bike ride tomorrow and asks him to take care of himself till then and take medicines on time. He says it’s her duty to take care of him. She makes him rest on bed and tries to leave. He asks her to sit beside him until he sleeps.
Suhani calls inspector and asks why did he accept Gehna’s bail. Inspector says Gehna’s lawyer would have used him if he had denied bail and reveals that the lawyer showed him evidence. Suahni notices Gehna and asks what is she doing there. Gehna taunts her back. Suhani says soon she and whoever helping her will be in trouble. She pushes Gehna aside and walks away. Gehna rushes to get the chit and finds it missing. She thinks who the woman was who kept the chit there. Suhani thinks she will not let Gehna win and reads the chit which reads someone wants to help her and asks her to meet at a particular location. She tries to burn the chit but fails, tears it and throws it in dustbin. She then goes to get water from the kitchen.
Gehna notices a piece of the chit and thinks there is a big secret which she needs to know. She enters Suhani’s room, finds the remaining pieces in the dustbin, and leaves after picking them. She returns to Surya’s room and finds him taking her name in sleep. He sleeps holding her hand. She frees her hand, rejoins paper pieces, thinks who wants to help her, anyways she will find out tomorrow at 1 p.m. Suhani thinks who wants to help Gehna
Next morning, Gehna serves breakfast to family. Surya asks about Daada Daadi. Gehna informs they went to temple to pray for him and will be back by evening. Surya says he is alive because of their prayers, everything is back to normal now. Suhani reminds that Sikandar and Arjun are in jail. Gehna suggests Surya to visit office in Sikandar’s absence. Suhani resists, but angrily agrees on Surya’s insistence. She returns to her room and tells Sarika that Surya will find out about her NGO’s illegal activities if he visits office, so they need to stop him.
Gehna gets Surya ready for office. He gets romantic. She acts as getting romantic and says he needs to visit office. He feels nervous. She asks him to be confident of himself. He says he has an investor meeting on his first day. She thinks she needs to visit office to find out about the secret.
Precap: Sarika tries to feed sweet curd to Surya when he rejoins office. Gehna watches in shock.
