Doctor informs Sikandar that poison is spreading in Surya’s body, so he needs to bring an antidote injection. Sikandar asks if he gave this antidote to Surya. Doctor says there is a shortage of this injection in the market, so Sikandar should try it form somewhere. Gehna disguised as a nurse heads towards Surya’s room. Doctor stops her and asks her to check the patient’s BP and report the readings to him. She drops something down. Sikandar picks it for her and asks if she is fine. She says yes and walks into Surya’s ICU room. She gets emotional seeing Surya’s condition. Tere Liye Humne Kikye Hoton Ko Siye… song in the background.
Surya subconsciously asks for water. Gehna offers him water and thinks how to get him out of here as his brother is waiting to kill him. She hopes he would have trusted her once. Surya then calls Gehana. Gehna says she is here and will not leave him alone. Sikandar walks in. Gehna hides. Sikandar pulls out knife and stabs Surya repeatedly to kill him. He then notices Surya missing and searches him. Gehna watches that and leaves before Sikandar could check him. Sikandar informs inspector that Surya is missing from his room. Doctor asks him to calm down. Sikandar shouts if this is their tight security. Inspector assures to find Surya and orders his team to search for Surya.
Gehna makes Surya sit on a wheelchair with face covered and tries to take him out of hospital. Praful reaches there in a wardboy’s dress to help Gehna and says he hired a wardboy to help them. Gehna says Sikandar will not let them go. Praful says he has kept a car ready for them. Wardboy says they should leave via backdoor. They hide Surya in a food trolley and try to take him away. Sikandar”s aide stops them and tries to taste food when another aide interrupts and takes him away. They get Surya in a car and escape.
Sikandar strangulates Suhani out of frustration. Sarika stops him and warns him to behave with their mother. Sikandar says Gehna took Surya away behind him, he doesn’t have to kill Surya now as Surya will anyways die without an antidote. Sarika hearing that asks if Gehna was right that he wants to kill Surya. Sikandar threatens to keep her mouth shut or else even her husband will go to jail with him. Sarika curses him he will die in a 100 times more brutal way than Surya and walks away.
Gehna shifts Surya to Desai house. Jamuna tells Gehna that Surya is not bad at heart, even she misunderstood Surya and cursed him, but Surya saved Praful’s life and their house; if he had to destroy Gehna, he wouldn’t have returned; he loves her and even she does. Surya murmurs Gehna in sleep again. Gehna notices him having high fever. Praful asks her not to worry as he will do something, he needs medical treatment and cannot be treated in this isolated condition. Gehna recalls doctor prescribing an antidote named Poison Cut and says she will get that antidote. Praful says nobody will give her medicine without a prescription, so he will try somewhere. Gehna insists to herself brig the antidote and leaves home asking Praful and Jamuna to take care of Surya till she returns.
Sikandar tells Suhani that Gehna will not let Surya die and he will not let Surya be alive, Gehna will go out for sure to get antidote injection, his men will catch her then. He calls his aide and orders him to send his men to all the medical stores and catch Gehna at any cost. Hehna Gehna hides noticing Sikandar’s aides outside medical shop and requests a medical shop employe to get an injection for him, then notices Sikanadar’s aides and runs away again. Sikandar calls aide and orders him to not let Gehna escape. Aide shows Gehna’s photo to passerby and searches for Gehna. Gehna gets worried that she need to give injection to Surya or else he will die.
Precap: Gehna informs Jamuna that she heard Suhani informing someone that Surya is her adopted son. Jamuna asks how will she find out if Surya is Suhani’s son or not. Gehna says via DNA test.
