Anant and Gehna smile at each other while traveling towards temple reminiscing Baa’s demand to make a grandma soon. Anant plays FM, and RJ talks about parenthood. Gehna switches off FM and asks Anant if he doesn’t like kids. He says he loves kids, but right now he is not yet ready to take up responsibility. They visit temple and perform aarti. He gets a call from office and goes aside. Gehna notices a saint and walks to him. He says he knows everything, she has suffered a lot and will suffer more, she should be courageous and fight as usual. She asks what is he talking about. She says a married woman’s first right is to become a mother, but if she cannot conceive, people change a meaning of her life. She shatters hearing that and walks wobbling dropping pooja thali. Anant holds her. She explains what Babaji told.
Hema suggests Kanak to fulfill Baa’s demand of a grandchild before Gehna takes it serious and becomes a mother and rules over this house again. Pankaj walks in and says Kanak will not as she will not spoil her figure for a baby. Hema laughs with him and walks away acting as Baa calling her. Kanak asks Pankaj if it was only her mistake, why did he choose a girl like Swara. He wobbles. She asks if he is inebriated. He says women betrayed him and alcohol supported him. He falls on bed and falls asleep. Kanak as usual blames Gehna for the differences between her and Pakaj and thinks she will understand her pain when someone will interfere between her and Anant.
Anant suggests Gehna not to take saint’s words seriously, he will prove saint wrong. He walks to saint and says he is married for years and hasn’t become a father yet. Saint asks him to tie a thread on window and see Devimaa’s miracle. Anant ties thread with Gehna and says he told her not to take Babaji’s words seriously. She asks what if only he will become a father. She says she will prove her wrong with a practical at home. She shies and runs towards car. He sees car tyre punctured and reminds her of Titanic movie romantic scene. She asks him to fix the tyre or else they will be stuck here whole night. He thinks she is worried about tyre not seeing a fire in his heart. He refixes tyre looking at her.
Goons pass by and seeing them stop. Anant hurriedly gets Gehna into car. Goons demand watch and wallet form Anant. Anant denies. Goon asks Gehna to get out of car. Anant asks her not to. Goon snatches Anant’s wallet and watch and thrash him brutally. They get Gehna out and demand her jewelry. She gives jewelry and pleads to spare her husband. Goon notices mangalsutra and demands her to give it. She denies and slaps him. Goon picks goon and threatens to shoot Anant. Gehna rushes towards Anant. Goons shoots, and Gehna bearing bullet and falls unconscious. Anant panics and rushes her to hospital, Family reaches there. After surgery, Anant sits with Gehna holding her hand. A Punjabi song plays in the background. Anant pleads Gehna to return back.
