Gehna asks Surya to listen to her once. Surya says its time to enjoy fod. Gehna asks why is he avoiding her and he knows she is not pregnant, then why did he throw this party. Surya introduces her to his guest as his wife. He then takes her to the stage, thanks guests for attending the party, and says it’s a new chapter for him and Gehna so they want their blessings. Gehna drops food on him purposefully and asks hm to go and change. He walks to his room. She follows him. He shouts that servants are not allowed in his room. She asks why was he doing a drama in front of lied to Bapuji about starting a new business. He says she acted in front of his family as being pregnant, so he invited her family to enjoy her acting. Once he leaves, Suahani walks in and taunts Gehna that she got trapped in her own game. Gehna warns her that her truth will be out soon and then Surya will not trust her. Suhani angrily waks away.
Baa feels chest pain. Chetan and Pankaj make her sit. Gehna walks to her and feels concerned. Chetan informs that Baa has heart blocks as per medical reports. Pankaj says its cleared now. Gehna asks Baa why didn’t she inform her about her health condition as she has right to know about it. Baa says she didn’t want to disturb her happiness and is very happy after hearing her pregnancy news.
Kanak walks to Suhani and asks her to do something as her family wants her to accompany them. Suhani says she can leave. Kanak complains that she took her diamond necklace and didn’t fulfill her promise of gifting her a car. Suhani says she will get everything promised when Sikandar is out of jail and asks her to return home with her family till then.
Desa family get ready to leave. Surya assures he will take care of Gehna. Gehna requests Baa to let Kanak stay with her to care of her. She recalls Kanak showing her a video and blackmailing her. Out of flashback, Baa says Kanak will incerase her problems, so she sould let Kanak go. Gehna says Kanak helped her in household chores and she will feel good Kanak stays back. Desais agree and walk away.
Suhani tells Arjun that she has to tolerate a lot because of Sikandar or else she wouldn’t tolerate Surya and Gehna’s drama for a second. Arjun asks how is Surya’s plan going. Suhani says soon Sikandar will be out. Arjun says that’s good and asks what if Surya doesn’t forget Gehna. Suhani says he will as he is his mother and brother’s puppet. She then goes to give milk to Surya. Gehna hears their conversation and prays god.
Suhani walks to Surya’s room and serves him milk. He thanks her. She says she feels proud of him as he is fulfilling Sikandar’s void. Surya hugs her and promises to get Sikandar out of jail soon. She says she trusts him and walks away asking him not to forget to have milk. Gehan enters next and mixes a drug in milk and hides again. Surya finishes milk and feels severe stomachache. Family rushs to him. Doctor does his checkup, prescribes medicines, and asks what did he have last. Suhani says he had milk. Doctor says there may be kidney-related issues. Daadi concerned says Surya is a kid. Doctor says he can only confirm after the report comes.
Gehna offers juice to Surya. Suhana asks her to stop her drama as she will hire a nurse for him. Gehna says there is no need for a nurse when his wife is present. Suhani says she will not allow her near Surya. Gehna says she should take care of Surya as a mother. Daadi says she is right, even she will. Gehna says Daadi is old and weak, so she herself needs rest. Suhani agrees to take care of Surya. Gehna taunts Suhani and walks way. Suhanii sleeps on a chair while taking care of Surya. Gehna enters and pinches her to wake her up. Suhani shouts. Gehna says she came to remind her that its time for Surya’s medicines. Suhani says she knows and wakes up Surya and offers him medicine. Surya asks what is Gehna doing here. Gehna says to remind its his medicine time. Suhani says she is lying. Gehna says Suhani must be tired now, so he should go and rest and let her take care of Surya. Surya says he doesn’t need her favor and tells Suhani that he can take care of herself. Gehna says Suhani will not go like that and says her respect towards Suhani has increased now. She gives her coffee and walks away.
Precap: Doctor informs Seth family that Surya’s kidney is damaged and needs transplant. Gehna says she is ready to donate her kidney to her husbad.
