Saath Nibhana Saathiya 17th September 2012 Written Update

Ahem and Gopi reach Ramjibhai home together in car. Gopi asks why are there early in the morning. He shows her a newspaper. There is a report about Kathiawad rani in Rajkot. Gopi asks him how he did it and Ahem says Jigar did it; that he changed the first page only. He says they need to exchange this with today’s newspaper at RBK’s place, he hopes RBK has not read the newspaper. Ahem fixes his hair and both go towards RBK place. Ahem tells her to wait there and goes to RBK’s front door. He sees the newspaper and gestures to Gopi that he is about to exchange. But RBK opens the door and Ahem hides behind the door. RBK is standing outside and Dhawal comes with tempo. Gopi gestures to him from her hideout and RBK is about to pick the newspaper. Dhawal bangs the tempo to RBK’s car and RBK goes there and starts yelling at him. He sees that the headlight of his car is broken and is yelling at Dhawal; Gopi watches from her hideout. Ahem changes the paper with the fake one at the door and hides again. He gestures to Gopi that he has done it and G is happy. RBK asks Dhawal why has he come early and Dhawal starts telling him about Kathiawad Rani coming to Rajkot. Meanwhile Gohem move back to their earlier hideout. Dhawal is telling RBK that Maharani is coming and he tells him that she is fond of antique jewellery. RBK is not impressed. He asks him about Gopi and Gopi comes. He asks her if she is early too as she wants to meet the Rani and tells her to get to work. Our SewakRam too comes and greets RBK. RBK is asking if he wants to meet rani too and tells him to make tea. He tells Dhawal to stay outside and repair the light of the car. He does not pick the newspaper while walking in and Gohem are shocked.

Gopi picks the newspaper from outside and both walk in. She reads the Rani news aloud in front of RBK and tells him that it’s in the newspaper. He takes the paper and reads it. She tells him that she is a Rani and is fond of antique jewellery that’s why it’s in the paper. He asks SewakRam and he too says she is very famous and everyone knows her. Gopi says Rani has lot of money, she has a huge palace. RBK does not show any interest and walks away and Gopi is worried.

MM
Urmi comes to MM and marches in with a bag. She asks Rashi asks whether RBK got the newspaper. Rashi is irritated and asks why she comes every day. Koki comes there and taunts Urmi that even Rashi finds it odd that she is coming everyday and asks Rashi sarcastically. She asks Urmi why she came. Urmi says they need to be together and she came for an important work. She removes a colourful gaudy costume from the bag and tells Koki that she got drama costume for Koki. Koki is not impressed. Urmi tells her that she is playing the role of queen and needs to look like a queen and tells her to try the costume. Koki tells her that she will look like a drama company servant in this costume. She refuses to wear it and Rashi too tells Urmi that it’s not good. Baa calls Rashi for work in mandir but Koki tells her to chop vegetables. Koki tells Urmi to help Baa and reminds her that she said they need to be there for each other. Urmi is not pleased and goes to Baa. Koki asks Rashi if she has any news from Gopi and Rashi shakes her head.

Gohem are in the kitchen worried and Gopi goes to RBK reluctantly. Ahem is watching from the kitchen. She is scared and Ahem prompts her from kitchen. She tells RBK that she wants half day off as she wants to meet Rani. RBK asks why and he is irritated that they are talking about her since morning. She is looking behind towards the kitchen scared and RBK asks her where is she looking and looks there but Ahem hides back. She tells him that Rani is a very nice woman and she wanted her to taste her achaar. RBK refuses and says the achaar belongs to him and she is his slave. She tells him to come too. Ahem comes with tea. RBK tells her not to waste time and refuses to let her go and tells her to get back to work. He tells SewakRam that he is going to his shop and to get breakfast ready. Ahem messages Dhawal that RBK is coming out and to pester him about rani. RBK comes back and tells Gohem to get back to work. He steps out and Dhawal follows him. He asks him if he is going anywhere and tells him that he could drop him. RBK refuses and says that his shop is there only. Dhawal says that he thought he is going to meet rani as she is fond of jewellery. RBK is irritated with the continous chatter from them about Rani and Dhawal tells him that he has a jewellery business and if rani likes his jewellery he will make a lot of money. He tells him that her house is near Gopi’s house. RBK is still not impressed and Dhawal continues with the same story. RBK scolds him and tells him to load Gopi’s achaar in tempo. Dhawal goes back to RBK’s house. Urmi calls up Dhawal. Urmi comes there and goes inside RBK’s house. She sees Ahem and he gestures to RBK. RBK asks Urmi why she has come and she tells him that she came for her kids Gopi and Dhawal. She tells him that she came to pick them up to meet Rani as Gopi’s in-laws know the rani. Urmi tells him that they came early so he should leave them early. RBK refuses and Urmi taunts him that his brain is not working. Urmi calls Dhawal inside and tells him to get Gopi if he can and she is going to meet Rani and starts with the same story about Rani and her jewellery. She taunts RBK to keep tasting just the achaar. She taunts him that he cannot think beyond achaar. She taunts Dhawal to remain a driver and she is going to meet rani. RBK is thinking and Urmi leaves. Gohem are watching RBK and he calls Gopi. He tells her to take half day off but on one condition. He tells her to take him to meet rani and Gohem are super pleased (Ahem had a super victory smile on his face). Dhawal smiles at Gohem. (Aww I love this team!)

MM
Jigar gives saree and jewellery to Koki and saree to Baa and Urmi is watching the jewellery with greed in her eyes. Koki hopes that she did not have to do this and Urmi is hoping that she could have pretended to be rani and wear this jewellery and saree. She is sad that RBK has seen her so she cannot participate. She thinks that she would look better than Koki. Hetal tells Koki not to worry and Koki says she does not like doing this. Jigar warns Hetal not to come in front of RBK and tells them that Chirag and Parag also need to be away as they may need them later (So Chirag and Parag are also participating in the Modi fancy dress competition? I hope so!!!). He wonders where Rashi is.

Rashi is dressing up in what looked like a fairy costume and admiring herself in the mirror in her room. She talks to herself calling herself Kathiawad ki rani. Koki comes there and is shocked seeing Rashi in her costume and asks her. Episode ends on Rashi’s shocked face.

Tomorrow’s Precap
RBK comes to MM with Gohem and Dhawal and the watchman salutes Ahem in full attention mode and RBK is shocked. Ahem is super shocked and Dhawal and Gopi look scared. (I think Ahem will have to make up a story that the watchman saluted RBK not him…poor watchman is not included in the masterplan!).
