Scene 1
Tarun meets Love and Niharika, he says I have checked the property papers and they look fine to me. Love checks the papers and asks questions about the owners. Tarun says they don’t live here anymore so they are selling it at a low price and it will profit you a lot. Love says that’s what I wanted to know.

Tarun calls Diya and says I did what you asked me. Diya says thank you. Tarun says I can’t let truth lose, if you need my help again then tell me. Diya thanks him and ends the call. Diya says now Deepika and Madhuri will meet Love and Niharika as owners of the property.

Scene 2
Love and Niharika come to the property site, Niharika says we can make a small town here. Love says you have found a very good deal. Arjun arrives there as a broker. Love says the deal is final from our side, let me know when can we meet the owners? Arjun says don’t be angry, I will call them here so you have to wait. Love says we can wait. Arjun says I will need my commission when the deal is done. Love says we won’t give you more than 3% commission as it is a huge deal. Niharika whispers to Love that I don’t want to lose this deal. He says they want to buy this property. Diya introduces Madhuri as her mother. She says let’s start the deal. Love asks what’s your demand? Diya says what’s your offer? Love says 300 crores. Diya says you think that’s a good offer? Niharika asks others to speak up also. Diya says I handle the business so talk to me. I don’t think we can do this deal. The offer is not good, our property is valuable. Arjun tells Niharika and Love to rethink their offer.

Niharika whispers to Love that we shouldn’t let this deal go. Diya says we will find another client. Niharika says don’t feel bad, what’s your demand?
