Scene 1
Diya and Madhuri come to the court. They see Arjun injured. Diya asks what happened? Did they torture you? Arjun says don’t worry, I am fine. Arjun is taken to the court. Love and Niharika arrive there too. Love asks her to just give a statement that Arjun stole money from your cupboard, your servant told you about Arjun’s presence in your room when you were not there. Niharika comes into the court and tells Diya that I know you stole the papers, I can send you to the jail also. Diya says Arjun will be free today so you should worry about yourself. Love looks away. Madhuri says don’t look away when you have been stray. Kavita enters the court and calls Karan, he asks her to stay away from Diya, she is clever. Kavita says don’t worry.
The court hearing starts, the judge asks Arjun why he wants to fight his case? Arjun says no lawyer was ready to fight my case so I will do it myself. Arjun stands in the witness box, Niharika’s lawyer says he stole 2 lacs from Niharika’s room. The notes were found with Arjun and the inspector confirmed it. The case is clear that Arjun stole that money. The judge asks Arjun if he wants to say anything in his defense? Arjun says I will take you back to 5 years ago. I was a popular badminton player but he trapped me in a fake case, when he was found to be a criminal then he involved my brother Love and Niharika to trap me in this stealing case. Love took away everything from my family, I went to the house to get some papers but that money was because I sold my car. The lawyer says the notes are matching with Niharika’s. Arjun says where did Niharika get that money? Can she prove if she got it from the bank? The lawyer says you can’t ask that question. Arjun says this is my money but they have bribed everyone. If it’s their money then they should show the bank statement otherwise it’s black money and they should be investigated. The lawyer says Arjun should remain in the custody. The judge says we are giving bail to Arjun till the police find out the source of that money. He ends the hearing for the day. Diya says I knew you would get the bail. Madhuri says let’s go home.
Kavita tells Karan about Arjun’s bail. He is angry and says I can’t believe this.
Karan shouts at Niharika that you have to get Arjun’s bail canceled, you both made a loose plan. Niharika says he threatened to do a money trail on us, I can’t go to jail. Kavita says Arjun will try to play the match now.
Arjun comes home, he tells Amitabh to not worry now. Amitabh says this is all happening because of me. Arjun says Love has power of attorney but it’s your property and you will get it back. Amitabh says I don’t want that property, I just want peace with my family. Diya says but they cheated you and took away your property, we will fight them. The family leaves. Diya asks Arjun if he is hurt? Arjun says no, I will not spare Karan. Diya says you have to get fine and play the match. I know it’s difficult but we will find a solution.
