‘Ring’ drama in Star Plus’ Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai

Star Plus’ popular show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (Director’s Kut) is heading towards the engagement and marriage of the much-loved pair Karthik (Mohsin Khan) and Naira (Shivangi Joshi).

The ongoing track has already shown the different way of living of both the Goenka family and the Singhania family.

The unceremonious entry of Naira into the Goenka house before marriage, at a wrong time period had given rise to major problems, which included the idea of changing Naira’s name.

Now, as the families will gear up for the engagement, there will be major drama related to the engagement ring.

Karthik who has always been the simpleton who has loved Naira all through her highs and lows, will buy a very ordinary ring from his own hard-earned money and will want to put that on Naira’s finger during the engagement. However, Manish Goenka (Sachin Tyagi), the father of Karthik will raise objection to this, as he will want his would-be daughter-in-law to be wearing a stunning diamond ring in the engagement. This will again lead to an argument between Karthik and Manish.

As per sources, “Even Naira will budge in and try convincing Karthik to obey his father, and that he can always present his ring to her on any other occasion. But Karthik will put his foot down and be adamant.”

Will tensions rise in the Goenka family?
