Looking at which Ratan will contest the elections instead of Ranvi. It is because of the political trick played by Baldev (Vishal Vashishtha) who is contesting the elections opposite Ranvi.

When contacted Sneha Wagh who plays Ratan she says, “Ranvi’s name is removed from the list and due to this Ranvi’s family gets very disturbed and is disappointed due to this chaos. Veera (Digangana Suryavanshi) comes up with an idea and she insists Ratan’s name as a second nominee as per the rule. So in this way Ratan gets a chance to contest the election and she is excited for the elections.”
