The Episode starts with Pankhudi telling Purva that she went to start her day with the good news and says we are getting married. Sanju asks did she get shocked? Purva reminds Pankhudi that when she was small, she never used to buy her favorite chocolate and used to buy the chocolate what is buy 1 get 1 free. She asks what she is getting with marriage, free money or love with money. She says it is a strange beginning, at one side is divorce and other side is marriage. Pankhudi says we shall move on and tells that she trusts Sanju, he is not like Dr. Vedant and will keep her happy. Sanju gets a message and asks Pankhudi to switch on the TV. They watch the news that Vedant has done successful delivery of a lady in the car without any medical equipments help. Purva gets emotional. Sanju says bhaiyya has
done wonder. Pankhudi stops him from praising Vedant. The hospital staff also watches news and gets happy knowing he started practice again. Ramesh comes and says he will never come. He switches off TV and says I will give salary and not him. Vedant comes there. The hospital staff hugs him and tell slogans praising him. Ramesh asks them to stop it and says what do you think that you will return here by doing drama on the road. Vedant says I didn’t return, but came to get my precious belonging which is not valued here. He takes Dada ji’s pic and says wherever Dada ji’s pic is there, my hospital will be there. Ramesh asks him to keep the photo frame down. He asks Security to snatch it. Security refuses. Sanju and Pankhudi come to hospital. Vedant is leaving. Sanju appreciates him and congratulates him. Vedant leaves. Pankhudi asks if he was acting or real. Sanju says real and tells that they shall not mess with their enemy. Pankhudi says we can’t snatch his goodness from him. Sanju says we will snatch it too, but right now we have to think about yesterday’s incident. Purva cries and tells that she is happy that he did penance for his sins and saved a baby.
Gomti tells Dadi that she saw a neighbor and tells that he was looking old, but praises her skin and hairs. Dadi asks her to go. Manjula brings news paper and asks Dadi to read it to get away irritation. Dadi asks what is in it? Manjula says I know you and reads the headlines of Vedant doing a lady delivery in car. Dadi thinks she punished Vedant wrongly and should have trust him.
Ramesh tells Sanju that everyone is loyal to Vedant. Sanju says they shall fire them. Pankhudi says if we kick them then the leftover staff will not let the new staff stay and says they shall do something like they did with Usha. Vedant brings Dada ji’s pic to Usha’s house. Usha asks him to follow Dada ji’s values. Door bell rings and Purva comes there. She says she saw news on TV and thought to congratulate him. Vedant thanks her. Usha ji asks her to come inside. Purva comes inside. Usha ji asks her to sit and goes to kitchen. Vedant says how did you know that I am here? Purva says I knew that you will be here and she will stand by you. Usha brings sweets. Purva thanks her. She tells Vedant that it is very difficult to help a lady on road when she was going through the most difficult time. She says Dr. Vedant helped a lady yesterday and he only gave me the biggest pain of my life. She asks him to start the practice and says God shall give me strength to forget you. She leaves. Usha ji asks if she is still upset with you. Vedant says she comes to the me and don’t hear the answer. Pankhudi tells Ramesh that it is easy to trap the staff in medicine fraud and get them arrested. Ramesh says she shall become gangster. She asks Sanju if he gave the Advertisement. He says yes.
She comes home. Purva tells her that she went to meet Vedant with bouquet to congratulate him. Pankhudi scolds her for not having understanding of right and wrong and says normal people don’t do like you. Purva says I listen to my heart. Pankhudi says only mind thinks and not heart. Purva says you used to love Vedant, and hate Sanju, now you are marrying the latter. Pankhudi gets angry and asks her to do whatever she wants, goes to her room. She comes to her room and thinks what do she wants, if she cries infront of nani mausi then all my plan will fail. She says Jeevan Rekha is my dream and says why she can’t understand that life can run smoothly without vedant. Vedant reads the Advertisement of Jeevan Rekha and says they want to make hotel of the hospital and says poor people can’t get treatment now. He says I have tied my own hands. Usha says you can’t go to Jeevan Rekha, but can make your own Jeevan Rekha. Vedant says he got new hopes now.
Precap: Vedant tells Purva that he knows exactly what made him do a sin. Purva asks Pankhudi to answer her.
