Rahul Sharma to reprise Sanjay Dutt’s ‘Munna Bhai’ for Zee TV’s Satrangi Sasural

Zee TV’s Satrangi Sasural (24 Frames) will now welcome the new male lead on the show, that is Rahul Sharma of Ek Ghar Banaunga fame.

We had exclusively reported about Rahul bagging the role, and entering Kaira’s (Vrushka Mehta) life post the death of Vihaan (Ravish Desai).

We now have further information on how Rahul’s character will shape up in the show.

Well, news coming in is that Rahul will reprise Sanjay Dutt’s Munna Bhai MBBS role for Satrangi Sasural. He will be shown as a street-smart ‘tapori’ guy who would have the muscle power to do any kind of work entrusted to him.

As per a reliable source, “The ruffian character that Rahul will be playing, Bharat Bhushan Chautala will head a gang who would do errands to builders and constructors to throw people and their heavy belongings from their homes out on the streets. His first encounter with Kaira will happen when he will be entrusted the work of using force and getting the house vacated wherein Kaira and her family would be living.”

Well, as always, it will be a love at first sight with Kaira for the otherwise heartless guy.

We tried calling Rahul, but did not get through to him. We hear that Rahul will start shoot for Satrangi Sasural from tomorrow (9 March).
