Rahul Mahajan loves watching Star Plus’ Saraswatichandra

Nach Baliye Season 5 contestant, Rahul Mahajan is not on TV at the moment but it does not mean he is not keen on watching soaps on the small screen.

Well, Rahul can hardly miss an episode of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Saraswatichandra on Star Plus. In fact he keeps tweeting about it every now and then.

Hence, we contacted him to understand his liking for the show and he said, “Gautam Rode (Saras) is a very good friend. So I do not miss the episodes. I usually give him feedbacks on the same. And then there are these Twitter followers who love the show, and I keep updating them too.”

Gautam and Rahul became friends on the sets of Nach Baliye wherein the latter was the host.

However, Gautam is not Rahul’s only friend in the show as he states, “Jenny (Jennifer Winget) is also a very good friend. Dimpy (Mahajan-his wife) and Jenny had once worked together on some show for Imagine and we all have been friends since then. And then Monica (Bedi) too is a friend.”

For the uninitiated, Monica and Rahul were co-contestants in Bigg Boss Season 2.

When asked about his upcoming projects and he said, “I haven’t been offered anything yet.” What about producing? “I think being in front of the camera is better than being behind it. There isn’t too much to worry about that way.”

Well, just hope you bag a show soon, Rahul.
