Padmavati asks Srinivas why didn’t he inform her that he is thinking of marriage. She expresses her displeasure that she learnt it from Govindraj and not him. He says Govindraj is worried for him as an elder brother. Padmavati asks who is the girl he wants to marry. He asks if he can. She eagerly says yes. He says how can he answer this question when he didn’t meet the woman yet at all. He says he doesn’t have any wealth or house to be competent for marriage, so she shouldn’t pay attention to Govindraj’s words.
Srinivas returns to his room where Govindraj excitedly informs him that he requested king Akash for help and he sent them wealth via Padmavati. Srinivas says Padmavati is helping them as she wants to him, but he respects Govindraj’s concern as an elder brother towards him.
Bhargavi shares a lighter moment with Vidya sharing their childhood event. Vidya gets emotional. Khyati asks reason. Vidya asks why she has to leave her parent’s house, can’t the groom stay in her parent’s house. Khyati says its an universal rule that bride stays in her groom’s house. Bhargavi gets emotional next and walks to her room crying. Srinivas walks in and asks Khyati why the girls are crying. Khyati says they are worried about their bidayi/farewell. Srinivas asks her to handle Vidya and other girls while he handles Bhargavi. He walks to Bhargavi and tries to comfort her.
Padmavati walks in. Vidya cries hugging her. Padmavati asks reason. Khyati explains and says Srinivas has gone to Bhargavi’s room to comfort her. Padmavati gets nervous hearing that. He makes her listen to the seashell. She calms down and asks how does he know it will calm her down. He thinks they both love ocean waves. Padmavati asks Khyati if she an visit Bhargavi. Khyati says there is no need to ask. Padmavati heads towards Bhargavi’s room. Srinivas asks Bhargavi not to worry as he will stay in her parent’s house after marriage. She rejoices hearing that and asks him if he found any proper job. He holds her hand and tries to speak when Padmavati enters and he nervously leaves Bhargavi’s hand and asks her to come in.
Padmavati asks Sriniva what was he trying to explain Bhargavi holding her hand. He says Bhargavi is nervous regarding her bidayi. Padmavati says she is happy even after her swayamvar announcement as she would be staying with the person she loves, looking at Srinivas, and then says he can be a princes or a common man like Srinivas.
Precap: Padmavati determines to inform Srinivas that she loves him. Srinivas tells Vasu that Bhrigu has given wrong time of Padmavati’s marriage. Bala informs same to Bhrigu and says king is calling him. Bhrigu warns Bhargavi to pray that Srinivas knows astrology or else it would be his last day on the earth.
