Neel stops Shrikant from behind calling him saying he is the one who is trtinbg to harm Chahat, Shrikant manages to run while Neel is following him, Shrikant covers his face in the hope that Neel doesnot see his face.

Some time earlier Vyas je explains Neel was right as someone is trying toi harm Chahat, he must never leave her side, Neel thinks that the ward boy forcefully send him downstairs so there might be something wrong, he rushes back, Zain is tyring to lift Chahat when someone opens the door, he turns back is shocked to see that it is her, Ghazala mentions she knew there was something wrong with him when he called her name for the first time, Zain says that he doesnot have time so needs to take Chahat away, Neel while rushing to the room bumps into the nurse who questions what is the hurry as this is the hospital.

Zain once again tries to lift Chahat when Ghazala stops him asking if he doesnot know she is her mother, Zain asks what sort of a mother is she because had she been a nice mother, Chahat would not have married Neel, he is just a normal cook, who is no match for her while he is just like her a doctor, Zain Siddique who was in love with her from the days of the collage, Zain mentions that he cannot let Chahat do any wrong so questions if Ghazala would help him in his plan, he needs to take Chahat away, she is about to shake hands with him when she sees Neel coming so quickly pushes him behind the curtain while she corrects Chahat.

Neel entering questions what is she doing, Ghazala exclaims they have disassociated themselves from her so did not even bother to tell that her daughter is ill, Neel questions where is the ward boy who was in her room, Ghazala mentions that the room was empty when she came here, she signals Zain to leave when he quickly leaves, Zain bumps into the nurse who questions what is he doing and must show his face, Neel realizes he must be the same person so rushes out asking the nurse to not let him leave but Zain manages to push the nurse away, Neel follows him but he hides and changes his clothes, Neel sees the clothes of the ward boy so runs after him but he is not able to catch him, Neel realizes that he has caught the tag of Rahat tailors from his shirt.
In the house, Naveli brings the tiffin for Bopho, mentioning Neel has not eaten anything since the morning, Bopho replies that Chahat is unconscious but even then, they are not able to eat anything so how can he eat anything, Neel calls Bopho saying that he needs to find out how many Rahat tailors are in Devpriagh and who bought the shirt with that serial number.

Ghazala is with Chahat in the room, thinking that both Neel and Chahat have caused her immense pain but with the arrival of Zain she would be able to take her revenge, she prays that Zain is not caught by Neel, he comes back, she questions if he was able to find ouyt the truth about the person, Neel replies he ran away, Shlok and Dua also come with Vyas je who questions what is she doing here, he advises Neel to ask Ghazala to leave, Zain coming exclaims they should let her remain with Chahat, he has heard how she has always stood against the family but at this hour of need she wants to be with Chahat, they must let her, Ghazala also requests Neel to let her remain with Chahat, Neel allows her, he exclaims, he would stay with Chahat as that person is still roaming around her, Vyas je asks him to tell them if she wakes up, he takes Shlok and Dua with him, Zain leaves mentioning he would bring juice for them.

Vyas je while sitting with the children asks them to not cry as today their mother would wake up, he asks them to eat the remaining food, Dua starts eating it, a women comes to Vyas je asking if he is the father in law of Chahat, Vyas je affirms indeed he is, she is Ritika who is a friend of Chahat, she explains they were planning a reunion since the last couple of days but she got to know that Chahat got in an accident, Zain walking down the stairs think that she is from their collage and if she sees him then would realize the truth regarding him, Ritika explains they planned to take the photos of all the students and edit them to how they would look after ten years, before gifting them the photos at the reunion, Zain acts as if he is calling, Ritika seeks the permission from Vyas je asking if she can meet Chahat, he mentions she is still unconscious, she asks if she can meet her husband, Vyas je asks Shrikant to take her to Chahat, Zain acts as if he is calling so asks her to follow him, then he leaves, she thinks what sort of a rude person he is.

Ghazala in the room asks Neel to take care of Chahat while she comes back from the canteen, Neel requests Chahat to wake up, he recalls the one time when he was trying to wake her, but she did not and asked him to give her a kiss as this is how the prince woke his princess, she exclaimed he is the most unromantic person. He then tries to kiss her, but she asked hm to kiss her the next time when she doesnot wake up, he leans in for the kiss, but Zain comes to the door, he is not able to bear it and so stops Neel saying that a friend of Chahat has come, Neel leaves to meet her.

Neel is with Ritika, he explains the doctor said that until Chahat wakes up they cannot say anything and are just hoping for the best, Ritika assures him nothing wrong would happen, they are talking when Bopho calls him, Neel takes his excuse from her, Bopho mentions that the shirt was bought by someone named Zain Siddique, Neel and Bopho both wonder who the person really is.
Dua and Shlok while seeing the photos ask Ritika to come and sit with them, Dua asks her to the iPad so she can see the app, Ritika shows them, Dua takes it show Neel so shows how Chahat has changed over the years, Dua while sitting decides to use the app on someone else, she takes the name of Zain Siddique, Neel hearing the name demands the iPad and takes the photo, he is able to recognize that Zain is Shrikant.

Precap: Neel comes to Chahat’s hospital room and sees Zain near her. He drags him out and beats him up. Vyas Ji asks why he’s beating Shrikant. Neel says that Chahat’s life was in danger because of this man. Chahat comes and asks Neel to leave him. He hugs her. She pushes him away saying what? Vyas ji tells Chahat what has happened to you? He’s Neel. She asks who Neel?
