Qubool Hai to go off-air?
Four Lions’ popular show Qubool Hai, which has been touted for its leap by the media for quite some time now, might air its last episode in mid-April.
Our source informed us, “As the leap is about to happen in the show, the actors are not very keen to work in the show post the leap. So, it’s being decided that the show might be pulled off-air in mid-April.”
While recently the show hit the headlines with the main leads Asad (RaQesh Vashisth) and Zoya (Surbhi Jyoti) having a dream wedding in front of the iconic Taj, yesterday, RaQesh Vashisth was trending since yesterday after news of him deciding to quit the show post the leap started doing rounds.
Today in a chat with Mohit Sehgal who is currently playing Haider in the show, we learnt that even he would prefer to opt out from the show if he was asked to play a father on-screen. Here’s what Mohit told us, “If the show is taking a leap then I wouldn’t be interested in continuing that much. So far I have enjoyed portraying Haider a lot but I might not be interested in doing the show at all if I am asked to portray a father on-screen.”
Well, it seems that the channel might pull the show off-air if none of the actors continue post the leap. While none of the main actors on the show answered our call, when we messaged producer Gul Khan to ask her about the same she replied – ‘No. Taking a leap.’
Only time will tell what’s written in the fate of this popular show.

He won’t return to this crap….only surbhi supported karan by saying that….he didn’t came drunken during shoots…n she said that she didn’t observed anything abt him being unprofessional.

happening.all the women are in pain,trying to kill,like it;s an
every day thing. not all muslims get on like that.no husband and
wife is living together in this drama. imran is missing,maybe he is watching tanveers baby and is been blackmail by tanveer.
haseena husband disapper. no body is worried about nihkat sickness.not even asad.not all muslim live like this. they are caring people. in other soaps they have a balance drama. all
other soap the people are always praying and having puja. in qh only when tanveer and razia going to do something wrong they say ya allah. why is asad going to get upset with zoya because rasheed is dead. he love her so much.they should comfort one another.totally out of muslim drama.peace and love and a little more understanding.

March 30, 11:32Every actor does their best towards a project as their reputation is on the line. However, we have to admit that not all lead couples share great chemistry. KSG and Shurbi were one of those that share a unique chemistry and it drew viewers to the show.
RV, as KSG’s replacement, tried but didn’t succeed in replicating that chemistry. The show is failing not because of RV but for the combination of many mistakes made by the production house and ZeeTV.
One of the main reasons being the exit of KSG. There’s also the constant conniving, hatred, and poor storyline and overshadows any good that is left to watch. The characters of Razia, Tanveer and Haseena can be taken in very minute doses only, but when it is forced on you in huge doses every single show its better to change the channel to something more appealing.
Hopefully the powers that be have learnt a lesson and will make better/wiser choices for a “return to glory”.

Zee TV’s popular show ‘Qubool Hai’ is going through unexpected changes currently not just in its format but also in the star cast.By now, we know it for a fact that actor Raqesh Vashishth, who was playing the male lead Asad, has put in his papers. Even Mohit Sehgal, who was essaying the role of Haider, has exited the show as he did not want to enact as an older character post the leap. In the coming days as the show will take a 20 year leap, we will only see actors like Surbhi Jyoti and Amrapali Gupta on our TV screens.However, there is good news for Karan Singh Grover fans as their favorite actor is going to join the series soon. Word has it that Karan, who left ‘Qubool Hai’ abruptly a few months back, has been signed again b the makers to play Surbhi Jyoti’s love interest once again. But this time, Karan will be romancing Asad and Zoya’s daughter, to be played by Surbhi herself.Looks like KSG’s entry might save the falling TRPs of the show as most of the actors have quit the show.

March 28, 04:06This show has come to an end and its sad to see that they think it still has a chance..focusing the entire story on scheming and tormenting in the constant return of tanveer is sick..do the makers or anyone at the channel actually watch this show to see what it turned into..I think the makers and the actors who are agreeing to stay are out of touch…pathetically hanging on instead of letting it go in a respectful way..the channel should take it off the air for their own good

Whether it is Karan or Raquesh, Zoya, Humaria, Razia, Haider / Ayan they
put their best foot forward and made the show what it is. A leap would be
great and I am sure may other actors would be willing to come in – keep it going

March 26, 16:20Take a leap and bring back Karan as Zoya daughter’s husband (heard that Surbhi will be acting the daughter part). That way we will see them together again. They were meant to act together on screen. If this cannot happen then I could care less.

March 26, 19:16Because even after airing for FIVE YEARS Pavitra Rishta STILL has more entertainment, juice, and interesting drama than qubool hai. Not to mention the Extremely DEDICATED ACTORS who have stuck with the show regardless, not ditching it for better offers as most of the characters in this show did! That, my friend, is why you and everyone else that keeps bashing on pavitra rishta should instead respect it! (I mean this generally, PLEASE do not take it personally) 🙂 thanks

March 27, 18:42Lol, yeah gotta agree with the ankita part but still, pavitra rishta was, still is, and probably will always be a million Times better than Qubool Hai ( even at qh’s best) and I’ve barely started watching it since last year june and even that part is better than anything I’ve seen in qh so… 🙂
