Scene 1
Poonam comes outside the house. Raj sleeps at the temple. He thinks about Purnima. A woman comes into Shaina’s room and says what are you doing Shaina? Are you crazy? This isn’t Canada, this is India and Ujjain. What if Sumitra saw you? Shaina hides her bag. It’s her mom. Shaina says I don’t care. Her mom says if Raj and his money aren’t with us we will be on the roads. She says stop shouting. My head is hurting. She says your dad didn’t leave anything for us and Raj was in depression for years. I pitched them marrying you can get him out of depression. But now you will ruin everything again. She says Raj is useless. I hate him. She says if Raj isn’t in your life you won’t have any money or these cars. Your mom’s house also runs on his money. She says he’s so stupid. Poonam says we got to hug. That was our prayer. We will meet on video call. Kohu hugs Poonam. Shaina shoves Poonam and says go from here. She locks the door.

Scene 3
Shaina drags Kohu to her room. Kohu cries. Shaina says you will stay in your room. Kohu says you only hurt me. I only want Miss Poonam. Shaina is about to slap Kohu. Shaina says enough. If you irritate me I will send you to the hostel. She locks you in her room. Kohu cries.

Poonam is leaving. Raj comes outside. He gets a call and goes back to the hospital. Poonam leaves the house.

Scene 4
Sumitra comes to Kohu’s room the next morning. She sees the window open. Sumitra screams. She calls Raj. Sumitra tells him Kohu has run away from the house. Raj is shocked. Poonam waits for her train. She says how will I answer Chachi? Why did you do this God? What will I do now? I don’t even have my scholarship.

Raj is on the roads looking for Kohu. He sees Koohu on a footpath. Raj screams.
