Mohan after taking the Mangal Sutur from Radha’s hand ties it around her neck, Tulsi is shocked seeing it. Radha gets emotional while looking at Mohan, Tulsi says it cannot happen and Mohan only belongs to her, she is about to fall when Mohan catches her and they all call the doctor telling him Tulsi is not well, Gungun asks what has happened to her mother demanding she should get up, Radha is furious when the doctor orders everyone to go outside including Mohan so they step out of the room. The doctor says he warned them that even a slight stress can be life taking for Tulsi and how can they be so careless, he informs it is a very critical case and she might go back to coma if she suffers another attack, he leaves. Radha thinks being a doctor is a very good profession and how can he work for that fake Tulsi for the sake of money. Gungun says that her mother cannot go back to coma and she does not want to lose her again, Kadambari goes to Gungun assuring nothing would happen to her mother and she will be fine. Gungun says she would be fine when Kadmabari lets her stay fine, she asks what did papa say that they should not tell her mother about Ramaa but Kadambari even then told her of Ramaa so now her mother is ill again, Gungun asks why do the elders do such things and they only think of their own heart, Gungun says she listened to her father but then why did Kadambari not listen to him, she asks Gungun to not be angry but Gungun replies she just hates her, Radha follows her so Kadambari requests Mohan to at least try and convince her, Mohan replies how can he say anything to Gungun when he himself is confused regarding the condition of Tulsi, he says that her condition was already very ill and she gave her even more stress. Kadmabari thinks that the fake Tulsi is ruining her entire plan because the son who was so obedient is also arguing with her, she thinks she has to do something otherwise she would lose everything.

Gungun is running in the hall when Radha comes to stand in front of her and then kneeling opens her arms to call Gungun towards herself, Gungun starts running towards Radha however runs past her seeing which Radha is shocked, she gets up when kadambari pats on her back, Radha is worried so kadambari asks if Radha saw how the duplicate Tulsi has turned their Mohan and Gungun against them but the day is not far away when she would snatch Gungun and Mohan from Radha, Kadambari says it was just a teaser but something very big will happen now as both Mohan and Gungun are working according to her desires, Radha remembers when Mohan came to ask for the Mangal Sutur saying it is the belonging of Tulsi, and he even warned her to stop calling Tulsi a duplicate while Gungun also argued with Kadambari before running away. Kadmabari says now Radha would have to listen but Radha replies that kadambari should listen as she can end this all by saying the Aatma of Tulsi was in this house, Kadambari asks if Radha thinks she is mad so now should listen, Radha replies Kadmabari does not care for her son but she cares for her daughter Gungun so has to go and be with her.

Gungun running sits on the couch while thinking of ho her mother got ill once again in the room and is even unconscious, Radha slowly touches her shoulder, Gungun says she is very angry with her and was happy at the time Radha told her that she is going to marry her father again, she thought the fight would end and they will live as a happy family but she asks Ramaa why did she call her mother knowing about her condition, Gungun even asks why did she do it, Radha replies because she was not the real Tulsi, Radha explains that Gungun should know there is a reason behind what she did and Gungun must believe her, Gungun says how Radha mentions they should never hurt anyone and then why did she hurt her mother.

Tulsi wakes up on the hospital bed, Mohan wonders what sort of storm has come in his life as he cannot handle anything, Tulsi is ill on one side while Radha is angry and he is feeling alone. Ketki standing beside him asks who said he is alone as she is by him, she says he has always supported her from the childhood and he is the most strong support system so how can she leave his side, she says he does not have any problem in it all but is proud with the way he is handling the situation, ketki assures everything would be fine very soon, Mohan wipes the tears when Ketki hugs him tightly, Rahul tells Mohan that he is also by his side and he should not be worried, Rahul says Tulsi Bhabhi returned after so many years so he should not think he is alone and they all would face the problem together and even get out from it, Mohan even hugs Rahul tightly Vishwaniyat prays that his children are supporting each other in the difficult times so Bhagwan should give him a way to get out of this problem, Tulsi looking from the window thinks this problem would end once Radha is thrown out of the life of Mohan which she would do very soon.

Radha requests Gungun to listen to her but Gungun says that she never saw her mother but then Ba Kai Bihari jee gave back her mother so she thought it was due to her good behavior, she thinks that if something happens to her mother due to Radha then she would not forgive her, Radha requests Gungun to listen to her but Ketki coming from behind questions what is wrong in it, she asks what was the need to call Tulsi Bhabhi to the Mandir and do all this drama because now Tulsi Bhabhi is in the hospital while their mother has been humiliated a lot, she says Gungun finally got back her mother but instead of sitting with her she is praying for the life of her mother in this hospital. Radha replies this is also her family and she is just trying to say that women, Rahul tells Radha that Tulsi is their Bhabhi so she should behave before talking about her, Rahul informs Tulsi Bhabhi has been with them for so long and they both were very young when Tulsi Bhabhi came to their house and she has a relation like a mother, he warns to not let Radha get away if anything happens to Tulsi Bhabhi. Radha says she is understanding his pain but once again tries to reveal the truth about Tulsi, Rahul warns Rahda to stop this drama and he asks Gungun to come with them otherwise this women would make her go mad, they all leave Radha standing there. Tulsi witnessing it from the window starts smiling thinking that Gungun, Rahul and Ketki have done a good thing, she is sad about how Radha is feeling because they suffer a heart break when their own family turns against them, Tulsi says she can hear the sound of her heartbreak, Kadambari asks Radha if she has seen it all or does she need to witness something else, Kadmabari informs that one by one the fake Tulsi is going to turn each and every member of her family against her, Rahul, ketki and even Gungun, she accepts that Gungun loves her a lot but today she left after saying a lot to her and it is true that the relation of blood is more important. Kadambari further says Gungun loves Radha but would go to her mother hearing which Radha gets worried.

Precap: Mohan asks Radha about Tulsi. She says I how would I know. Mohan says did something happen between you two after your fight. Radha says I did nothing.
Mohan’s brother walks to him and says please come with me fast something has happened to Tulsi. Everyone rushes outside hospital. Mohan is in shock after seeing Tulsi standing at the edge of roof.
