everyone celebrating diwali, Mami makes a joke of herself in front of Preeti Maasi who rebukes her dressing sense and gives her a good dressing down, and Mami claming herself to be Sridevi like, when Shanky heard that and stood by, laughing. Nana and others ask for crackers, has a gala time bursting them and alighting them and the mood was upbeat, when Anuj revealed the deal and how Guptas clinched it, in a sort of mocking tone. Nana came later and asked what happened, why so quiet in here, Avantika asks whether he made a deal with the Guptas and Nana said yes, said it is a business deal, not something he is giving away, and is just a business. Avantika says Nana has the right to hand a deal on his own accord as he still own the business and has a freehand in it. Mami hung her face in disappointment.

Avantika says Anuj to furnish the details of deal, Anuj gives her the written note, Avantika recognizes the handwriting and says she has seen this writing somewhere else.

Avantika asks Shanky to bring down the letter from her diary and finally gets it, matches with that of note and says the person who wrote the letter also wrote the same note, wonders who it is.

Now Rubel suddenly comes forward and says he wrote both the note and the letter as well, as he too want the union of Harish and Avantika and so communicated to her what Pankuri wished to convey her. He makes a last-ditch effort to save Mami, Mami now comes and asks him to say sorry for creating an awkward situation for Pankuri here, as Avantika also said that it is not nice to talk about deals in this festive atmosphere. Rubel apologizes, Nana says this is a business deal and asks Anuj to apologize for rebuking Guptas and rubbing them in the wrong manner, and he apologizes too. Dada Ji forgives Anuj and urges everyone to drop the matter and move forward.

At Harish’s residence, everyone at the society gathering are also busy alighting crackers.
Harish and Adi are celebrating Diwali, Harish says had Pankuri been here, it would have made Adi a lot happier. Adi says the same too, says he is eager to see Avantika here, Harish says now why he brought Avantika here, Adi sweetly says as Harish feels Adi will be happy if his wife is with him, the same goes for Avantika as well, asks Dadi if he is right and Dadi seconds him.

Harish says he will fulfill Adi’s wish and so calls Dada Ji and talks with him. Adi talks too and says he is really sad after knowing everything from Nana.

Adi was talking to Dada Ji when Dada ji suddenly said him to converse with Pankuri.
