The Episode starts with everyone talking about Pankhudi. The full time nurse Sangeeta comes and Adi questions her a lot. She gets annoyed and acts strict to him. She calls Pankhudi patient, and he says call her Pankhudi. She still calls her patient and he gets angry. Avantika asks him to calm down. Sheela says she is so rude. Sangeeta says yes, any problem, I will take all decisions for patient, and you will need my permission to come in this room. She asks them to leave, and Adi refuses. Avantika asks Adi to come. Adi tells Harish that the nurse is not letting me meet my wife. Avantika says she is just doing her job. Harish says yes, you will like her as she is like you. Inspector Sawant comes and says Ayesha has to be careful too, as she can be harmed as well, as they can think she is Pankhudi.

Adi says why will anyone harm Pankhudi. Sawant says we have to check Diwaan Mansion well. Harish says sure, I will show you, come. Harish asks Sawant will we need 24 hour protection. Shanky talks to the driver. Harish asks whats the matter. Shanky says the old driver took leave and did not come. A man looks at them. Harish says we will keep a temporary driver, I will ask my set staff to send someone. Bau ji comes and asks Sangeeta can he be with Pankhudi. She does not allow him. Sheela comes and stops Bau ji. She argues with Sangeeta.

Sangeeta says fine, I will leave then, Bau ji says no, you be here. She asks Sheela to leave. Sheela gets angry. Bau ji asks Sheela to calm down and laughs. Sangeeta apologizes to Bau ji. She cleans Pankhudi’s hand and says we don’t have much time, till when will you be like this.

She puts Pankhudi’s hand in hot water and says I will see to it that you come to senses soon. Someone knocks the door. Nani asks why did she close the door. Sangeeta says let me do my work, can I change her clothes. Nani says sorry, I came to see Pakhudi, do your work. Sangeeta says let me do my job my way, if you have problem, you call hospital and they will call me back. Nani says sorry and leaves. Sangeeta says I have to be alert. Adi and family are on the way thinking why will anyone harm Pankhudi. Adi asks Harish to stop the car. Avantika asks why.

Adi comes to a icecream stall. Harish says I tell you this guy is mad and can do anything. Adi thinks about Pankhudi and she likes icecreams. Adi says sorry guys, I saw icecream and got for Pankhudi, you know she likes it. I m sure she will be conscious, don’t get sad. I won’t let anything happen to her, smile. He asks Harish to drive faster. Someone is following them. Sangeeta asks Pankhudi to tell her last wish as her last time is near. She tries to hurt her by a glass cutter.

Precap:
Sawant talks to Dr Rustam about Pakhudi’s death certificate. Dr. Rustam says how did department make mistake. Sawant says maybe it was planned. Everyone is shocked.
