Adi was going to say something when Avantika stops him, says in future Mami will at least say something to prevent Rubel form creating more troubles in future.

At Police station, Pankuri is impatient and asks the police inspector to write her FIR first.

Pankuri thinks that informing Harish and Dadi would result in creating more tension and so decided to call Adi.

Adi was with Anuj-Sheila in car and so was disconnecting her call.

Pankuri is puzzled as to why Adi is repeatedly disconnecting her calls.

Mami in car fears if police are giving 3rd degree thrashing to Rubel or not. Anuj allays her fears and asks her to stop taking so much tension.

Adi asks Mami to reign in on Rubel as he drives rashly from an early age.

Anuj and Sheila nods in agreement.

Pankuri completes the formalities of FIR and signs the register sheet. The other woman who was wounded also signed.

Police said to Pankuri that she will be asked to visit the court for court proceedings and hearings.

Adi and Anuj-Sheila arrive at police station. They missed seeing Pankuri by a whisker and Pankuri takes an auto and goes away.

Harish and Dadi is talking about Pankuri’s KarvaChauth, Dadi says she had bought so many items for Pankuri and asks Harish to see them whether they are okay or not. They discuss where Pankuri is and decides to wait for her.

Adi and Anuj-Sheila brings Rubel out of police station and Mami is concerned about her, asks her whether he is okay or not and had police beaten him badly or what.

Rubel asks her to stop talking nonsense and everyone is returning to Diwan Mansion.

Inside car, Adi asks Rubel to be careful in future and asks why he doesn’t visit India often.

Rubel says he honestly doesn’t like the country and its people, and talks about backwardness and slums, and no progress at all in India.

Adi says it is okay and he should readjust here, and come often for Mama-Mami and him.

At Harish’s residence, Dadi says it would have been better if she had averted all these police cases as she will have to appear in court now.

Harish backs Pankuri, says she did just the right thing and says police complaint should have been filed indeed and Pankuri is right in doing that.

Harish and Dadi shows Pankuri the items for Karva-Chauth and discusses about that, Pankuri gets emotional and remembers the moments when she was with her mother during the previous karva-chauth and how her mother said her to do the same after her wedding.

At kullu, Ambika thinks about Pankuri and is emotional. Neha’s mom comes and asks if she is worrying about Pankuri and whether she had talked with her over phone or not.

Ambika, instead of replying, asks her whether she had talked with Neha or not, and Neha’s Mom said yes.

in Naman’s house, Naman says he will not be available for Karva-Chauth and Neha gets sad on hearing that, pleads with him to stay for the karva-chauth at least.

Naman remains adamant, packs his bag and goes off.

At Diwan Mansion, Mami makes Rubel understand that Adi is serious about family business and life, and asks him to be serious as well, keeping in mind about his future.

Adi is at Harish’s house, and asks about the karva-chauth rituals, and on knowing each and every details of the fast, feels that husbands too should do something and asks Harish what the husbands do on that day.
Harish says husbands do nothing, and Adi is disappointed on hearing that.

Adi says this is not fair and the husbands should also do something.
Adi asks Dadi not to make Pankuri do this but Dadi says it is willingly done by a wife and tells him not to say inauspicious things.

At Diwan Mansion, Rubel is eating and Mami is sitting beside him and fanning him with a fan, says him to eat more and taste this dish and that, Rubel says his taste have changed and doesn’t want to have the salted foods.

Avantika comes and says if he doesn’t want such dishes, Mami should let him have what he wants. She comes and says to Rubel that he must have been studying hard in the university as she had sent him to the best university, and says he will be tested in office about how much he studied when he joins his job.

At Harish’s residence, PaYa goes to kitchen, Dadi was about to call them when Harish stopped her and says let the lovebirds do some romance in kitchen now.

In kitchen, Adi went on nagging Pankuri why she is keeping fasting for the whole day, how intolerable will it be for him and such things. Pankuri gets flustered and says every wife keeps this fast as per her wish and tells him that it is just a matter of one day and she is keeping it for husband, but Adi isn’t convinced.

Adi offers Pankuri to eat the ice-cream which he was eating along with him and says it would be painful to see his wife fasting the whole day and he will not be able to eat a morsel for the day.

When Adi uttered the word “my wife” (meri patni), Pankuri seems happy and blushing and asks him to repeat what he just said

Seems like Adi forgot what he said and says so many things like, I am asking not to do it, I won’t be happy and all that before uttering that very sentence (carrying meri patni) once more.

Pankuri seems happy and satisfied.
