The Episode starts with Gautama justifying her decision. She says Mukta’s life is imp than that guy’s qualities. Ahilya says I know my daughter well, her wishes are limited, we should think what is right and wrong for her, you always supported me, I respect that, I always tried to pass the test, but this time.. Gautama says this time, I don’t trust your decision, I can’t permit Yashwant and Mukta’s marriage, this marriage will not happen, its my decision and command also, the one who denies my decision will get death punishment, you know this well.
She asks Mukta to come. Ahilya stops her. She goes and gets a sword. She says I didn’t refuse to you till now, whenever I made a mistake, you have punished me for my good, punish me if you think I m wrong, give me death punishment. She gives the sword to Gautama. Gautama asks what’s this madness. Ahilya says you can punish me for my mistake, I m thinking of Mukta’s betterment, you think its my mistake, I will do this mistake, Mukta will marry Yashwant, Malhar has given me a responsibility to take decision, I will keep my responsibility. Gautama asks what happened to you. Ahilya says nothing, you are standing in the past and I m thinking of future, this relation should happen for Mukta and Malwa’s good future. She says Malwa will get a protector in Yashwant. Mukta says wow, the truth has come out, you were not finding a husband for me, but a warrior for Malwa, amazing, this is a deal, right, like you had sent me as Kishan’s prey. She cries.

Ahilya prays. Yashwant comes and rings the bell. Ahilya and Harku see him. He greets them.
He says I got a message from Malhar for you. Ahilya reads the letter. Malhar says I got a good news. Janko ji asks what is it. Malhar says Peshwa has defeated Abdali’s army. Janko ji says it’s a great news, they would be celebrating. Malhar says yes, we heard that Abdali is angry, he isn’t able to cross the river because of storm, its good news, but this time isn’t to celebrate, but to increase our strength and attack on Abdali. Ahilya says I m impressed by your bravery, you will be blessed, you have proved yourself the best, you can ask for anything you want, I will like to fulfil your wish. He says I got your blessing, I don’t want anything else. Rakma comes and looks on. Ahilya says I will be glad if you accept my daughter Mukta as your wife. He is shocked.
