The Episode starts with Malerao coming to the palace. Maina asks where did you go, I was so worried. She hugs him. He asks why are you worried, I didn’t go on any battle. She says Ahilya doubts you, swear on me, you didn’t do anything wrong, she is very angry. He goes to Ahilya. He gets the stamp. Ahilya gives the letter and reads it. Maina comes and gets shocked. Ahilya asks Malerao to put the stamp. She shouts on him. She says I will give you another chance, take this letter, its for Hughes. She reads it and asks him to stamp on it, end the collaboration with Hughes. Malerao asks how can I do it. She asks how did he put her stamp without her permission. She scolds him for stealing the stamp. She says you have put Malwa people’s future at stake. Malerao says our thinking isn’t matching, I admit I have stolen your stamp, I wanted to take Malwa to new heights and took a big move, thinking you will understand me, britishers are our friends, not enemies. She asks how shall I explain you, I know you didn’t want to do any crime, britishers have blinded you, they will cheat you. He says no. Hughes asks why are you angry, Malerao. Malerao says you used my friendship and spoiled my terms with Ahilya, you are a snake. Hughes defends himself. Malerao asks him to shut up.
