The Episode starts with Gunu ji heading the darbar. Gangoba says Tukoji isn’t coming today. Gunu ji thinks where did he go. Gangoba says today’s case is different. Gomti comes. Gunu ji says this isn’t a playground that you came to play. She says we get justice here, right. Gangoba says yes, say the matter without fear. She says I have come to complain against my dad, he beats my mum every day, I got to know how a husband should behave with his wife, my dad behaves badly with my mum, I have come to get justice for my mum, you all punish my dad. She cries. Gunu ji starts laughing and says you got your house matter to the darbar. Gangoba looks on. Gunu ji says I mean such little things happen in every house, husband and wife have fights, it doesn’t mean that you make such an opinion about your dad, you are young, you should keep the matter at home, you go home now. She says when my dad beats my mum, she feels much hurt. She tells the tortures. She says my mum’s screams go out of the house’s walls. Krishna asks Ahilya how is she feeling now. Ahilya says good, swelling is less. Krishna says Vaid said that your health is good, I said I m taking care of you. Ahilya says I know. Krishna jokes.
Ahilya asks her to show the wound, why is she walking this way. Krishna says don’t worry, such things happen during household work. Ahilya says you said you have stomach ache, you didn’t say that your foot burnt. Krishna says I was ashamed of my mistake. Ahilya asks how can you foot burn by coal, when cooking is done by wood. Krishna lies and says I will go and make your medicine. She cries. Ministers ask what is this girl saying, does anyone beat his wife this way. Gunu ji says maybe your mum did some mistake, and your dad punished her, and you thought he is torturing her. Gomti says my mum doesn’t do any mistake, my dad makes all the mistakes, he drinks alcohol and fights everyone. Gunu ji says you are saying a lot in the darbar, a wife can’t raise on her husband, it’s a sin. Gomti asks isn’t it a sin if a husband beats his wife. He says no, it’s a wife’s duty to obey her husband, darbar won’t solve this problem, your parents will solve it, go now, I have to solve other problems. Ahilya says Krishna, you are with me since many months, you take care of me but I feel I don’t know anything about you, who all are there in your family, I just met Gomti, what’s your husband’s name, what does he do. Krishna says we have a small field, he does farming. Ahilya says its good, your husband would love you a lot, right. Krishna recalls her husband’s tortures. Ahilya asks what happened. Krishna says he takes good care of me. Ahilya thinks why did her face turn pale. Gunu ji asks Gangoba to call the next person. Gomti says I won’t go, I didn’t get justice. Gunu ji says she is wasting our time, take her outside. Gangoba asks Gomti to go now, the problem won’t get solved now. She asks for justice. Minister says such things happen between every husband and wife, try to understand. She recalls Khanderao and Ahilya. She says this doesn’t happen between every husband and wife, I have seen this, so I got courage to bring this complain here, Ahilya told me that I will become more brave than her, call her here, she gets justice for everyone.
Harku comes to Ahilya. She asks where is Gomti. Krishna says she is at home. Harku says I have seen her near the darbar some time back, I thought she is here so I got sweets for her. Krishna worries. Harku says I like your daughter. Ahilya looks at Krishna. Gomti says call Ahilya here, she will do justice. Gunu ji says listen to me, for few days, I m the king here. Gangoba gets shocked. He thinks he isn’t understanding the meaning of this position, he is doing injustice with the Praja. Gunu ji says my decision matters. Gomti says call Ahilya once, she will understand me. He asks guards to drop the girl her home. Gangoba stops the guard. Krishna says I will just go and see Gomti. Ahilya says don’t worry, why are you tensed, Gomti is in the palace, I will ask the servant to get her here. Krishna says she can go to any wrong room, sorry, she is young, so I m worried, I will go and get her, I feel restless. Harku asks her to go. Ahilya sees the wound on Krishna’s waist. Krishna goes. Ahilya asks can someone’s waist get a burn while cooking. Harku asks what type of question is this. Ahilya says we stay with someone for months, but even then we can’t understand them. Khanderao looks at everyone. Gomti cries. He brings Gomti back to the darbar. Gunu ji gets down the throne. Khanderao goes and sits on his throne. He says Gunu ji, I m disappointed by your behavior, you were ousting a young girl from the darbar. Gunu ji says she wasn’t leaving. Khanderao says she didn’t get justice, so she didn’t wish to go. Gangoba nods. Gunuji says she doesn’t have understanding of justice. Khanderao says Malhar taught me, that darbar and justice don’t see the person’s age but the condition, the young girl had dared to keep the matter in the darbar, we all should respect it. He asks Gomti what’s her problem.
