The Episode starts with Malhar saying I wish your arrival in our house becomes a blessing. He blesses her. Ahilya happily cries. Everyone dines. Ahilya asks her brothers to join. Gautama says they will have food later. Dwarka’s daughter guides Ahilya and asks her to feed food to Khanderao fast. Gautama explains Ukhada to Ahilya. She asks Ahilya to sing it. Dwarka says I had taught it to Sita before marriage, it will be too much to expect poetry from Ahilya, I think Khanderao will be hungry. Everyone smiles. Ahilya tries and tells a Ukhada. Gautama gets happy. Harku asks did you make this now, great. Ahilya says yes. Ahilya and Khanderao do the rituals. Gangoba says we have done all the arrangements, some soldiers left to check the place where we will be waiting at night. Ahilya says Renu’s parents are going, did Renu not come. Sushila asks her to sit. Ahilya and Khanderao take blessings from elders. Ahilya asks Aaji why didn’t she come to see her marriage. Ahilya imagines Renu in her Aaji and hugs. Aaji consoles her. Ahilya’s bidaai is done. She takes everyone’s blessings. Gautama takes Ahilya with their family. Ahilya cries a lot. She goes to meet Kapila and her calf. Gautama calls her. Ahilya and her family cries. Malhar goes to Ahilya and pacifies her. He says I know you will miss your family, but don’t be upset when you have your best friend with you, take something that will remind you of them, which will not let you get sad. She asks really. Gautama says listen to me, every girl has to leave her parents’ house. He says you know its tough for any girl, you used to cry a lot after marriage, did you forget. He asks Ahilya whom does she want to take along. She asks will you give me anything I say. He says yes. She says I want to take my best friend Renu with me. Everyone gets shocked.
Sushila asks what are you saying. Gautama says Renu is a widow, right. Dwarka smiles. She asks Sushila to see what is Ahilya saying. She says explain her quickly, we are getting late. Ahilya says Malhar knows very well that I go to meet Renu every day, if I go, then Renu will be alone, who will play with her, she didn’t come in my marriage. Gautama takes Malhar aside. She asks are you willing to support her again, it won’t be right to make her more stubborn, is this any demand. She says we came to take our bahu, we can’t take a widow along. Malhar calms her down.
