The Episode starts with Gautama asking Maina to stay in limits. Maina asks can’t I blame the wrong person, what shall I do, tell me, Ahilya is pushing Malerao towards someone else, she is saying Kesar isn’t bad. She cries. Dwarka and Rakma smile. Dwarka consoles Maina and asks her to calm down. She says I understand your sorrow, why would anyone understand. Ahilya and Gautama look on. Dwarka makes Maina against Ahilya. Ahilya says I didn’t say that to hurt you. Maina says you aren’t with me, else you would have made Kesar leave the village. They hear the temple bells and go out to see Malerao and Kesar. Malerao rings the bell. Malhar and everyone come out. Malhar stops Malerao. Gunu ji looks on. Malerao says I want justice, I want the culprit to get punished. Malhar asks who. Malerao says Ahilyabai Holkar. Dwarka sees Gunu ji. Maina sees Malerao holding Kesar’s hands. She runs to her room and cries. Dwarka comes to her and says Ahilya has done right to attack Kesar, this will decide your future. Maina goes to the darbar. Ahilya signs her to go back. Malerao asks is love a sin. Malhar says no, but where there is greed, cheat and selfishness, its not love. Malerao says I love Kesar a lot and there is no cheat between us, I wanted to marry her, but Ahilya tried to separate us without understanding us, she threatened Kesar first and then got her attacked.

Ahilya says it’s a lie. Malerao says it’s the truth, if I got late then Kesar would have died by now. Malhar says impossible, prove that your doubt is right, do you have any solid proof. Malerao calls the couple. Ahilya recalls them. Malerao says they had seen Ahilya threatening Kesar. Ahilya says no, its my life’s goal to protect my people, why would I try to kill Kesar, she saved my life one day. Malerao says its all a lie, the truth is, Ahilya went there to kill Kesar.

He asks Ahilya to prove him wrong. She says I don’t need to prove anything. He says these people have come here. She scolds him. Kesar says no, Ahilya didn’t do this. Malerao asks them to tell the truth. The man says we have seen Ahilya’s anger, she thought Kesar is spreading the rumours, she had warned her of punishment. Malhar asks is this true. Ahilya says yes, but… Malerao says then she planned to kill Kesar. Malhar says you will get justice, Ahilya will be given a chance to prove her innocence. He says Ahilya, you have 2 days time. He asks Gangoba to drop Kesar home and keep the guards for security. Malerao says Kesar won’t go anywhere, she will stay here in the palace. Dwarka smiles.
