Punar Vivah 22nd February 2013 Written Episode
Scene 1:
Location: Yash’s residence.
The whole scindia family is parading akash, with smeared face. Yash is told by arti to stop this drama. yash says that its not a drama if the family is happy. Arti says that even he knows that akash doesnt belong outside the family. Yash says that they had decided that they won talk about this. When arti says that he knows the half truth, he demands to know about the whole truth.
Yash tells arti that they would have to forget that akash is the illegitimate child of this house. Arti breaks down saying that akash indeed is the legitimate child of the family, whereas he is suraj and radha’s son. Yash is shocked to hear this. She says that whatever he thought of akash till now, is actually his identity and his is akash’s. yash cant believe this and goes berserk. Arti says that he might find this difficult to digest but this is the truth. Yash says that she’s drunk and then throws water on her face, asking her if she’s in her senses now. Arti swears on her kids that she’s speaking the truth. She then goes on to tell the entire story to the family, as they are drawn towards yash and arti, hearing yash shout. She says that she heard it from radha. The whole family is shocked to hear this. She asks how could she stay quiet hearing this. She says that she’s in full senses. She wont let this injustice happen that akash is denied his rightful place in the society.
Arti goes over to akash and takes off the shoe necklace, while everyone stands puzzled. She apologizes for everyone in the famile, while the scindia family is angry, saying that what happened to him as very wrong. she takes akash upto gayatri saying that he is her son. Gayatri is confused while radha is distraught. Gayatri too reprimands her for having gone mad. Arti, with folded hands asks her to accept akash, and hug him, and address him as her son. She takes him to suraj and pleads him also to accept him. She pleads him to give the rightful place of akash in the family. Pankaj too reprimands her for speaking nonsense. Arti says that she’s speaking the truth, and that whatever be the reason and background of him having 30years of a different environment, they should accept him back. She says that she cant see injustice and she wont budge till he agrees to accept him. Yash is speechless and he and gayatri are overwhelmed with emotions, while others are still confused.
Vidhi says that she never thought suraj was capable of this. she wonders what is gayatri going through right now, with her faith being shattered on her husband. Pankaj says that she needs to stop, as whoever suraj is, he’s after all a man who made a mistake. He says that suraj did this to save the family, not to betray them. Vidhi says that he’s thinking like a man, and if he ever tried to put himself in the shoes of the woman whose whole life had been shattered, he would understand the dilemma.
Suraj says that this is the only, first and last mistake of his life. gayatri stoically asks him not to clarify himself, as she has always understood what he said or even didnt tell her. She tells him that she wont leave him and fulfill her duties as a wife till even the last minute. she says that as a child too, all girls have been taught that they have to treat their husbands as Gods, and always remember that the husband cant do any wrong.
In his room, yash is distraught to have known the truth. Arti comes looking for him and is upset to see him like this. she sits beside him and places a hand on his shoulder, which yash takes in his hand and says tha he wishes that all of this was false. Arti comforts him by patting him on the chek, saying that she too wishes the same. She says that still the truth wont change anything, as relations dont change overnight. she says that gayatri wont ever consider her as a stranger, as he has always been and will always be Suraj’s and gayatri’s son.
Vidhi says that he might ignore his father’s mistake, but how can he forget gayatri’s pain. Pankaj says that what should he do now, turn away from his father branding him as a criminal. Pankaj says that its difficult for him also to understand and come to terms with the fact that where yash stands today, that is akash’s rightful place, and the love and relation that they share with yash is actually akash’s. Vidhi too is disturbed to hear this. Prateik too is disturbed. Prateik says that yash always was, is and will always be their real brother and that no truth can change this fact that he is the son of this family. Vidhi too supports prateik’s opinion.
Arti too convinces yash that nothing would change as all of them would still love and be affectionate towards yash as they always were. She says that only one more relation would be added, the long seperated son of this family who will be whole heartedly welcomed into this big generous family, and that then they would all live like a big happy family. She says that this is what defines a family, and therefore they shouldnt have any regrets about it. She says that she knows it would be difficult but that he should not give extra thought to it. She again hugs him close to her, while he sits motionless unable to speak. The screen freezes on yash’s sad face.

February 24, 18:55Very Very very emotional episode! It really showed the great skills and talents of the actors espically Gurumeet and Kratika! I believe that nothing shall change in the relations as Yash was raised with the lesson and upbringing of G3 and Suraj! So basically none can change the relationship between G3 and her son, Yash. I believe that even if Yash isn’t her son they can’t change the fact she loved him as her own and she believes he is hers so I doubt that Akash would be loved espically by Prateik and Pankaj. I an so excited to see what’s to come and I really want romance between Yash and Aarti…and much less tears from our beloved couple but then again what show happens that no one crys even even when they are happy…

Same for Yash and Radha, Yash has a big heart so he may be quicker in showing affection to his new ‘mom’ but do you think Akash will resent Radha for robbing him of the live he could have had?

Before he went all viral and cockey. But recent incident has brought him back down to earth and he seems my likable Machael once again.

February 24, 19:22Anu , Machel sang some good songs last year . He went to Presentation College , a prestige school in the south and he paid a tribute to the school’ s motto with Represent . He sounded great with Vybz Cyah Done ,the song had a nice video . This year , Fog up the place , wasn’t bad , I didn’t like She Ready . But , I feel the Bungi Garlin has taken the lead for innovative soca style .
Ravi B should have been jailed for singing Doctor give me Prescription . He did not deserve 4 th place at the groovy soca competition and did not even qualify for Chutney Soca finals .
The band Karma has produced some good music , too many songs about alcohol though . KI is a better entertainer with his band Triveni .

The waynishita answered her and she said even Arti never talked to her in that manner, she might have started to think, it’s better to side with Arti at least she’s not insulting her at all. I meanm buaji is smart she may run off her mouth arti was a new comer to the family it makes sense to be suspicious or hostile to a stranger. She,s old skl if suraj got her remarried things would have different but suraj listened to society instead of his sister,s heart. Maybe maya loved her hubby so much she gave up on love and stayed loyal to his ghost\memory as expected by society and of women. Some women still believe its a betrayal for a widow to remarry. In truth life goes ans I believe your dead spouse would want you to move on and find love but just not to forget their memory.

February 24, 15:20Lol, sorry for the stress Suni. There definitely is a lot of tension in Punar Vivah. I wish to see some romance between Yash and Aarti, and not pity romance. I hope Aarti delivers her baby soon as well. I think that Buaji should turn moral so that Ishita can be the main villain. That would be an interesting twist in the storyline, Buaji actually turning good. But, maybe, Buaji will team up with Ishita because they both are jealous of Aarti. Ishita does seem like a more committed villain and I think that she can definitely give Buaji some trouble. Oh, I forgot to say, Hi :).

Gayatri ‘s character is a bit ify, but I am sure hoping that she will turn out good.
Whatever the outcome is, I am okay with. The writers have a way of making us feel better after all this devastation. 🙂 Buaji is very observant with everyone and she will definitely figure out that Ishita is jealous of Aarti as well. She will find a way to get herself included in all of this, I am sure. Buaji has never had successful plans because she is alone. This is going to be interesting. I hope that Punar Vivah moves up ranking tomorrow morning because we have been commenting like crazy, lol. Oops, I forgot to say: hi Suni :).

February 24, 17:12Lol, Suni, I could imagine that completely. 🙂 Buaji can either defend her position or she could team up with Ishita. Maybe she just will watch. Buaji’s character has changed much since the beginning of the serial. Remember when she said that having a bahu like Ishita would be terrible, well now Ishita is her bahu. Buaji never tried to kill anyone and did not try to separate Yash and Aarti just yet. I think she is waiting for a plan that will surely succeed. I hope that Yash isn’t taking this way too hard. It will be hard for him to accept the truth. I have a feeling he will confront Radha soon. He may actually detest her, or he might love her… We will just have to wait and see. 🙂

Anyway I should say something just to show my respect to you guys….
According the nature of scindhiya man (SP & Gayathri children) they don’t have strong mind or determined personality. They lack on decision making capacity, listen to their wife’s ideas blindly. Akash would listen to Ishita, that lady seems like a evil spirit who can’t bear other’s happiness. I don’t think she is going consider Arthi as an angel just because of her timely help. She would consider Arthi as an opponent due to her jealous nature….let’s see

February 24, 12:48That what I wanted yaar, you and Suni are so great at characterizing these characters, I do look forward to you analyzeation of them, it make me understand their actions of lack thereof.
Hop Akash uses good judgment though and really hope Vidhi gets a voice and be the Badi bahu after all and take the rein and guide her devar and Devrani. I hope the makers give her a major active roll from now and also Pari and they not there as window dressing and Arti alone fights the battle for the family.
We need interaction of all members of the cast. That’s what I look forward too.
Wonder if the creative team take on any suggestions from us fans?
I know SJ was good at the prediction thingy.
Also in QH the creators said outright they don’t take the fans views into consideration and don’t listen to criticism or compliments. They do their own thing regardless.
Lets hope PV is different.

Anyway, back to PV the show, of course with this new revelation Akash would want his place in the family, but with the revelation of him being G3 son. That is huge. I would like to see how our creators deal with this. Obviously they have their own way to iron the situation out, but this is huge.
Because not only it is revealed that Akash is in fact Suraj sun, but also that Yash is not G3 son.
Ishita looks like the character who would force her way in to get her rights as the daughter of the Scindia family. Not because she wants to be part of such a so called influential and high status family, I mean her family is more than that, but to get her rightful place as daughter in law, wife, sister in law etc. in whole, her rightful place in society.
Akash on the other hand is unpredictable at this point. Would like to see his reaction towards this unexpected truth. Not only is he the son of Suraj but Radha is not his biological mother and G3 is.
Would like to hear Suni Afreesh and Amaica views as well though.

I think that the family will be cold towards Aakaush and Ishita at first, and they will be the same back towards the family. But, overtime, the family will be able to bond with Aakaush and accept him. Ishita I think will turn out like a worse version of Buaji. She will try to gain her rights, and gain the love of Aakaush. Once Aakaush accepts her, she will turn into a moral character. But, the writers are famous for their unexpected twists and turns, so we will see tomorrow.

I do wish that all anonymous’ change their name so they we can better identify them, but if you are not comfortable with that, I totally understand. I agree with you. It might take a while for Aakaush to actually be accepted in the family and Yash to accept he is not blood related to the family, but he will always be a member. Once Yash establishes that, then Aakaush will fully be accepted.

Since it has provided us an opportunity to experience the theme which had been dealt already. ur PV HAS A TOTALLY Waste storyline and dragging storyline.
Punarvivah is a boring serial in indian tv.
So it have a low fans and low comments.

Both QH and PV are great shows . They come from different production houses and have different portrayals of their storyline . Both are unique and worthy of praise for their forward thinking and , relatively speaking , novel concepts in the mainstream media .
My heart can love them both without finding fault with either . It doesn’t matter too much to me about the ratings … It doesn’t reflect the facts sometimes .
I enjoy great entertainment in whatever form or fashion , and I prefer peaceful interactions , versus any that can lead to irrational thinking .
