Punar Vivah 2 03rd June 2013 Written Episode
Scene 1:
Location: Divya’s residence
The ladies, who are trying to listen outside the closed doors, taunt sarita, when she comes out of divya’s room. as divya comes out, they ask her what happened. Divya says that they met after a long time, hence old memories were relivened. As she begins to leave, the relatives stop sarita, and ask her to stay for the haldi ceremony. Divya wonders what does fate want from her, earlier it was raj and now its Sarita, who she has to face.
As divya is taken out for the holy bath, sarita comes in saying that its very good for a married woman to take off haldi from the would be bride, by giving her a holy bath. Sarita wishes her that she should get as much love from her husband as she got from hers. Divya is shocked, while sarita pours down water on her, taking away the haldi. Divya remembers their talk in the room. Sarita then pours milk on her, as is part of the ritual, and completes her bath. she leaves in a huff.
Scene 2:
Location: Gaurav’s residence
As raj begins to approach gaurav, He is taken to the priest by his mother. raj looks on, The arti begins. while people comment on how good good their spouses are, Divya and Raj’s. While one comments on gaurav’s luck, another comments on Divya having landed a lucky catch, like gaurav, at the end of her career. raj hears all this, and is upset. Later, Gaurav meets raj and is about to talk, when his brother comes and talks about wedding plannings, with the Choti Bahu, as divya is fondly known. After signing off the check that his brother asks him to, for payment, he asks what is raj here for. Raj returns the money, that he had given for bail, saying that he never keeps others offerings, and asks him to use this money for their marriage. He says that gaurav might be in the habit of doing this, not him. He congratulates Gaurav on his marriage, and leaves.
Raj walks out and thinks that he had waited for 10 years, and he tortured sarita too for this. He thinks that he had thought that raj and divya would chaneg the definition of love. But instead of waiting for him, or even considering meeting him, in bhopal, after having come for 10 years, she just got engaged at the first chance she got. He kickstarts his motorbike and goes off.
Scene 3:
location: On the road
Sarita walks out, thinking why would divya help her, forgetting how could a lover, give away her love, to her Sautan. As she is walking, raj zooms past, and she runs after him, but he doesnt listen. She runs incoherently, and stops after a awhile, breaking down into tears. she looks upto god, thinking that its enough, and she cant stoop any lower. She thinks that now’s the time, that what didnt happen in 10 years, she would do it now.
Scene 4:
Location: At the temple
Gaurav’s mother gets them to the temple, divya and Raj, and emphasising on the ritual and the puja that needs to be done, explaining the rules, as to how they should pray devotedly for their marital life, and Goddess’ blessings on the same. She gets a call from a relative, and asks Divya and Gaurav to go ahead while she attends to it. Divya and Gaurav, perform the puja in the temple, by a priest’s aid, who asks them to call out their spouses’ name, three times, for the puja’s completion. while Gaurav does so, calling out Divya’s name. Divya, is all the while wondering how can she agree to Sarita’s wishes, by staying in Raj’s house and getting sarita raj’s love. Divya, when asked to do the same, instinctively calls out for Raj, surprising Gaurav and Divya, herself. then she rectifies herself, and calls out Gaurav’s name three times. The priest gives them prashad, while Gaurav is still stunned. He walks out of the temple, after Divya.
Scene 5:
Location: Raj’s shop
As Sarita storms in, the helper asks her to stay here, as she doesnt need to go inside and he would get raj. Sarita however is undaunted by this, and walks past. She trips, and falls on the ground, with raj on top of him, with a mesh covering them. They enter into an eyegaze, each confused at the situation they are placed in.
As they regain composure, Sarita says that she needs to talk to him, and maybe this isnt important for him, but it needs to be said, as it would decide the future course of their relationship. Raj looks at her, and asks why is she talking like this to him.
Scene 6:
Location: In the car
Gaurav asks divya if she still loves Raj. She says that she doesnt know. He asks to clarify, as this means that she doesnt want to answer. He asks if she loves him. Divya is perplexed, and asks why is he asking this. He says that this is a simple question, and the answer is either yes or no. Divya says that theirs is an arranged marriage, and love happens after marriage in such cases. Gaurav agrees that she’s right but says that its a one way love marriage, as he fell in love, the first day he met her. He apologizes her for putting her at discomfort and drives off. As they reach divya’s home, and she is about to get off, he says that he’s willing to wait for her love, for his entire life, and she should know that. After she gets down, as Gaurav drives off, Divya looks on longingly.
Scene 5:
Location: Raj’s shop
Sarita tells him that she doesnt have any other option. she tells Raj that she’s leaving his house, and his life forever, after 10 years, to her father’s house, in Vidisha. as she turns around, Raj stops her, giving sarita a ray of hope that he might stop her from going, but then he crushes it and says that Babloo would book his tickest and leave her at the bus stand. He also asks to be forgiven, if possible, and apologizing, he leaves. The screen freeezes on Sarita’s hurt face.
Precap: In the mehendi ceremony, Divya leaves the function, and calls up at Raj’s house, and asks for sarita. When she is told by the youngest daughter that sarita has left for good, Divya is shocked. She asks when she left, and is surprised at what she hears.

June 04, 19:26How could Raj get married in the first place and then not give his wife her rights. This is totally wrong. Not human. Even after she says that she is leaving the house he does not try to stop her or then ask for forgiveness. Sad episode, but a nice story and its getting interesting. Sarita looks beautiful.

Dave says, ‘I feel great, how about you?’
Dara says, ‘I feel great, too. You don’t have a hangover?’
Dave says, ‘No that jet fuel is great stuff — no hangover, nothing. We ought to do this more often..’
‘Yeah, well there’s just one thing.’
‘What’s that?’
‘Have you farted yet?’
‘No.’
‘Well, DON’T – because I am in New Zealand!=))

You may not agree with me…but I will still make mention of it….I find Serita to be very beautiful…she has a healthy appearance. Gaurav is quite handsome…he is not suitable for the very young at heart and the teenagers..but he is a good choice for a girl in her thirties…Someone MU/MK said they will support Serita and Gaurav…I second that..They make a lovely pair.
Serita made the right decision…In her helplessness she made a mistake and went to Divya for help….Raj is a strange man…Infact he should be a saint.
Suni you are right…He was waiting for Divya ..even though he is a married man….how dumb…Punar Vivah might happen now with Raj and Divya…let’s wait and see.

June 03, 22:23Amaica , Ayaz Khan , the actor who portrays Gaurav is 34 , but he looks older . Vineet Raina who was Prashant is older , but he looked better . In all honesty , I think that Shristy Rode is better looking than Rubina .
I am hoping that Raj eventually ends up with Serita . Gaurav loves Divya for the person she is now . He sees her as Divya not Choti Bahoo . Raj is in love with a memory . Divya is also in love with a memory for she couldn’t understand how Raj could have become a scrap dealer . After 10 years people change . They haven’t shown us much interaction between Raj and Serita so far . I am going to hope that Raj misses her .
Serita is determined to have a real marriage with kids , she is overlooking love . She was very bitter and angry at Divya , but , I believe that she was also jealous . Raj has to wake up and smell reality . He has never taken charge of his destiny , he is just reacting as circumstances occur ,

June 03, 18:29anu i hav seen all their interviews in sbb nd sbs .in starting he refrred her as tum.and later on in october i think dat was the last together sbs i think he is using aap nd in dat ph interview also aap.we hav heard stories of aap becuming tum but gc nd db oly can make possible tum becuming aap.i really dono how he is living with her as u said just for image .and image is the thing for which he cant bring out his rights as a man also to keep his wife in limits to not poke her nose much into his prfsnl life.i think he is a puppet of db and acts according to whatever she says and dis they cal itas love and always showcasing their love sounds funny in which they cant even have trust

She had problem with Drasti who did lead female role for Geet. They (gc & ddi) had great on-screen chemistry, very popular show but ended abruptly due to Db’s insecurity. Even Gc was not married to her at that time.
And she had problem with JDJ choreographer since she was also lady unfortunately….
Then last is ks but we didn’t hear from media just because of the decent pv cast who never ever opened their mouth against Gc.

June 03, 16:11I actually understand, Look at GC before marrying Debina and now look at him in Punar Vivah. And firstly look at Gc on the first airing of the first episode its on Youtube, Gc and KS got down really well and GC praised her beauty. I honestly in my opinion believe that GC is restricted by debina. And look at after he decided to loosen up after complaints of the lack of chemistry and Gc could have done much more. It is very true that KS AND GC look great together and can be an amazing couple but there is something holding Gc back in my opinion and I believe its Debina, but that’s just me and my opinion.! And KS is a team player. She is so sweet and loves everyone. Look at Karan Singh Grover from QH, look at behind the scenes he is married and yet still he has a close relationship with Surbhi and every other girl, SJ and KSG are really fun and close. And look at ZRA KSG thanked his wife and she has no problem with her begin an actor with another lady. But Debina does in my opinion.
LIKE THIS IF GAURI KHAN DIDN’T ALLOW SRK TO ACT WITH OTHER WOMEN AND BE COOL THERE WOULD BE NO Khabie Kushi Kabie Gham OR KUCH KUCH HOT HAI AND HIS CHEMISTRY WITH KAJOL, AND THEY HAVE AN AWESOME REATIONSHIP BEHIND THE SCENES!
So what is Gc’s problem with his distance from Kratika and everyone that’s female on the Punar Vivah team…well that’s beyond me as I believe a marriage should be based on trust and well if you can’t trust your husband/wife who is an actor/tress then what relationship do you share?

June 03, 16:21Hey sweetly and Anu, that’s also my opinion, in addition to thoses you mentioned Anu, look at KVG and Suhasi Dhami in YMGGk and even Suhasi Dhami in this new housewife show. She is married and yet she is such a natural at the romantic scenes. It is their job discription, that’s how they earn a living.
I think Debina is just jealous because she is not very beautiful or have all the curves in the right places like KS and some other female actress. She is very insecure and has lack of self confidence so she cannot trust her husband to do these scenes with a beautiful actress.
He is even more to be blamed for his unprofessional conduct in listening to her where his work is concerned. Work and personal life separate and can’t mix.

June 03, 15:02Hi Sweety . I don’t understand Debina either . I think that even KS wasn’t pleased with having to always stretch herself too thin in order to accommodate GC’s extra activities . SJ had mentioned that after JDJ , that GC had changed his attitude and had gotten more full of himself . You have identified most of what me and Afreesh discussed about GC . Debina seems to have too much say in her husband’s career , she is hindering him from performing at his best as an actor . Maybe she is jealous of KS , I don’t know , just a guess . Her body language seems to suggest ” hands off this is my man ” . KS speaks her mind , maybe something transpired behind the scenes to make GC feel more comfortable reading and sleeping in his room rather that interacting with the cast . I read that GC never praised KS much although she always spoke well of him . A great show ended because they all simply couldn’t get along .

Yeah, media stated ks was jealous towards Gc….I believe partially it could’ve happened, because I noticed jealous look on her eyes rather than admiration. Secondly, I read DB visited pv set at JDJ times for arranging Gc’s date and time….we just don’t know what happened between DB & KS….Basically, KS seems straight forward personality, she would’ve taught lesson to DB straight away but never disclosed to anyone. The entire pv cast are decent guys, therefore we couldn’t hear anything through them and also from media.
Whatsoever, after JDJ we didn’t see Gc & Ks together at off screen. Their on-screen chemistry became biggest question mark. We never enjoyed their romance track…
Yes….. it’s not a joke, there is a chance Gc would request his new PH to offer female lead to his wife since he said in previous interview that he wanted to work with Db once again. That’s why he requested his movie (Marathi) director to provide guest role ( for a song sequence) for Db. I had seen that song, gc looked very excited and told DB is lucky for him…..
Anyway…..my question is, who would watch gc’s new show if Db became female lead?????…. I hope he recognized his luck through S & S…..

From the beginning of PV1,,,, GC was so relaxed with KS that it was nice and right in the middle things starts to fall apart and I starts questioning myself what is going on????????????????? I now realized that his wife is controlling things and how he has to act with his female leads……………. I watch one of their interview,,,,,, and she did all the talking,,,, I mean, if a question was post to him about his leading lady in his serial,,,,,,, he has to look at Debina before answering that question…………….. I didn’t get it then,,, but now I do understand……………. You when we first hear that GC was leaving PV1,,,,,, we the fans were upset about his decision and at that time we didn’t understand that it was due to his wife insecurity that was causing his abrupt stop of the show……………….. You guys are right a actor should keep his personal life from his professional one……………… If he/she is at work,,, work to the fullest with the partner standing over you wanting to know what he/she will be doing next……………. GC is a very good actor and yes he is handsome but with all that and there is no real acting,,,,, he might as well resign from the business he his wife is not okay with him and other beautiful women………………..

June 03, 21:56Pat , GC carries some blame for not being able to differentiate between his onscreen and real life. The writers also are to be blamed for their silly plots .The Mittals should have had better contracts to restrain their actors from wandering from show to show. KS once said that she will not do kissing scenes and in all honesty , she herself isn’t all that great at the romance scenes . PV 1 had all the right ingredients , but the chefs just weren’t professional enough to make a tasty dish .
