Punar Vivah 15th January 2013 Written Episode

Scene 1:
Location: Yash’s house
when yash jokingly refers that she didnt love him, arti gets up and goes and palak boos yash that she loves yash but her kids more. Yash says that they can love each other and he would leave, pretending to be angry. Arti stops him asking him top smile. she says that she has made samosas for him, she had intentionally made for the kids but he too can eat. yash again, pretending to be angry leaves. kids are tensed and they send arti off to get him to be smiley again.

while yash is changing, arti stautues him and he complies. Then she tries to please him saying that she is determined that she would let yash go of the anger, or else he would keep standing still. yash doesnt say anything despite her instigations. she tries to romantically engage him and unable to resist any longer, he catches hold of her pallu and she is nervous with romantic excitement. He comes slowly towards her, grabbing the pallu, bit by bit. Finally holding her by the shoulders, he turns her towards him and they enter a romantic eyelock. She places her hand and face on his chest while he hugs her. while she closes her eyes in anticipation, he plays with her strands of hair, and their interlude is disturbed by the kids barging in and they all hug each other.

Next day, he asks her to give the towel. She remembers that she had already kept and asks him to try a different trick to get her in the bathroom. Just then, the servant comes and tells arti that prashant has come with a lawyer to see her.

As she goes down, the lawyer representing prashant’s side, asks her to sign the document confirming her acceptance of the legal letter. Prashant gives arti a legal notice citing it as a revenge for her slap, saying that she didnt agree on cordial mutual terms, therefore now he forcefully wants his right back. when she reads it, she is horrified to find that prashant has applied to the court for ansh’s custody. Prashant says that this has been done since ansh is his son and he would get him back from her. Arti is shocked. prashant says that now he would drag her to the court and see how can she prevent him from seeing him own son. gayatri tries to intervene but is stopped by suraj. prashant gives a threatening, reminding that he had said he would take revenge for her slap, and torture her to see her own son. yash says that custody is still a distant topic, he wouldnt even let prashant cast his shadow on their son, ansh. He challenges that prashant can try anything within his reach, but he would give a befitting reply to this legal notice. prashant leaves.

Arti is very upset at the notice but yash calms her down saying that he wouldnt let prashant succeed in his attempy. suraj, while leaving, is stopped by yash who tries to show what a bad man prashant is, who has come back for his own son, after having left him when he was in arti’s womb. He triws to talk to pankaj discussing about any suitable lawyer, but suraj says that he shouldnt expect anything or any kind of help from suraj or anybody from his family. Yash is shocked to ehar suraj talk like that.

Yash says that whatever happend between them is their personal matter, but he cant see anyone taking advantage of their situation, since he knows he love ansh. Suraj says that this woman, referring to arti, has broken his house and family down in two parts, and therefore he wouldnt help her or anyone, who supports her in any manner. As suraj mentions that he would have to leave his wife, if he wants their help, yash stops him in between saying, that he would fight alone and from now on, he wouldnt bother anyone for any of his problems as long as arti is with her. he tells her that ansh is his son, and if he has to fight the whole world together, for his son, then noone could ever defeat them. he promises to hire the city’s biggesr lawyer for their success. he takes arti and leaves the room. Suraj gets a call, from the bank saying that the 20 lakhs that he asked for is ready. suraj says that he would reach soon.

Scene 2:
Location: In a lawyer’s chamber
Yash, saying that being impressed by the lawyer’s profile, asks the lawyer to take up their case, saying that he wouldnt face any problems from their side, financially too as they would deposit his fees regularly in their account. But the lawyer says that he cant since he has already taken up on prashant’s offer to fight the case from his side. Yash and arti are shocked to hear this. He also tells them, that noone has ever been able to win a case from him. And that they should hire a cheap lawyer as it would clearly be a waste of time and also the magistrate, who will hear this case, is a one time judgement man and therefore, instead of sweating over the case, they should spend the remaining time with their son. yash says that even though he seems confident, still this time the lawyer would have to face defeat for the first time since this time, he is faced with a dad who would leave no stone unturned to keep his son close to him. They leaves his chamber.

Outside, arti poses a question to yash that if this lawyer is the besta nd the costliest in the town, then how is prashant managing to afford him, since even if his parents have that kind of mony, they would never give it to prashant for this work. She is worried as to who is helping prashant in this. The screen freezes on their tensed face.

Precap: Yash reprimands suraj for helping a person who couldnt belong to his own parents. But suraj retorts back saying that even his own son turned his back against his own parents and for now, he isnt concerned about right or wrong, he is just bothered about winning. Yash looks at him disbelievingly.

I think Afreesh , that we saw the negatives in Papa S a long time ago , but we did not focus on it too much because we recognized his views on protecting his family . In the Pari issue you mentioned his unwavering nature . He is unable, or unwilling , to think outside the box that he has placed himself into . His anger and stubbornness are not worthy attributes and he never sought, efficiently , to come to terms with his negative emotions . He kept his word when Aarti asked for Pari’s forgiveness , and granted Aarti’s wish , or Pari would have also been out the door for sure . But he didn’t have to Afreesh . If he had the level of animosity that he holds now , no one could have swayed his opinion . He was slowly coming out of his box , only to be faced with exactly what he feared . The women in his household should conform to certain standards , be perfect wives and bahoos , no outside work , no ex husbands . If he goes against these requirements , it would only lead to family instability and public humiliation . He had already allowed a widow into the house and he thought it a mistake after the Ansh kidnapping . Since then he sort to maintain the order he had spent years to build and which he saw crumbling because of Aarti’s presence in the Schindia household .
But he has double standards , for he upholds outdated beliefs , but doesn’t respect the sanctity of marriage . He doesn’t support women having strong voices , for Gayatri seldom opposes him . He does his duties as provider very well as long as no one stands against him . We saw him go back on his word once before in favour of Aarti . he probably thinks that that was a grave mistake now , given the reality of Aarti being a divorcee and not a widow . He was starting to waiver Afreesh , but now he feels that he was wrong to second guess himself with regards to her and probably all women . His emerging faith has been destroyed by Aart’s choice to maintain that lie . When Pari matter unfolds , he will become even more convinced of his beliefs .
But , Afreesh , I know that he loves Gayatri , and I think she also needs to find her voice . He chastised Gayatri for not knowing him , but I don’t think he knows his wife . She is a mother and is capable of defending her children . Slowly we are witnessing the emergence of her strength .
You have a good point with regards to Maya . She is very jealous of the opportunity that Aarti had . But , maybe if she had prayed with more sincerity , then her circumstances may have been different . The Schindia women are all very submissive except Aarti , she has a strong voice . What would happen if they all found their voices unanimously .
There are many possible directions for the writers to explore .

Afresh , sorry yaar , the electricity went for a while and I couldn’t access the net . I didn’t get a chance to watch it ,but what you are saying doesn’t sound good . I was concerned that Papa S might do this . It will be an all out battle of might versus right . But , remember Afreesh , that no army can stand against the man who has God on his side . The battle may be long , but the victory will be great .
The children will have to face some trying times . when there is War of any kind there is a phrase , coined by the U.S. for their war efforts called collateral damage , which means that in order to win , a few innocent lives must be at risk . Aarti hesitated to say that all is fear in war. I think i understand why . In my opinion , nothing is fair in war .

  Suni…. I understand Papa S. didn’t have any trust on Arthi as well as Dubeys family & he believes she get married to yash to provide wealthy life to Ansh. If he deprive the pleasure & Ansh from her then she would run away from yash. He completely lost his trust on her, otherwise he can’t punish his son in this method.
  They will win the case for sure,…. would their family will reunite???….How could yash respect his father later???…he may think he is doing all these nonsense for the welfare of his son but he is injuring his beloved son cruelly. This is very ugly even he does for good motive.
  He is going to learn his toughest lesson at this time for all the stubborn decisions taken by him all those years. The result would be the shattered family of scindhiya parivar.

  You know Suni….many time I used to think, why didn’t he get his sister remarried???…. he was taking the whole care for Maya & provided her the shelter all these year wIthout any complaint . But, what stopped him to get her remarried ???…when he was ready to marry a widow to his son, why he couldn’t think about his widow sister when she didn’t even had a child???… we always make fun at her desires nevertheless of the practical fact besides her bitterness & hatred feelings towards the people’s wellness.
  Who has created this misfortune to her???… whether the universe or her own brother???… The decision maker is very strict on pursuing the worldly views then how could he think about the Internal emotions of his sister .
  The ridiculous fact is she considered Arthi as her opponent as if Arthi denied her remarriage.

Oh , Afreeh , my turn to joke with you yaar , why you noticing the driver , lol . Yes , yes dear , I thought Sj’s idea was most brilliant 🙂 . Yash looks so handsome for those awards with his black suit . I want to see him all emaculate and handsome on PV also . I would prefer that he fights the case in the tank top , 🙂 but I will settle for the suit .
Oh , and about Ramdularie , I prefer a young one because he will be able to do the job faster, also , I do not like telling old people what to do , I feel a bit sorry for them doing a lot of chores .

hi suni,actually did papa s too stuborned.he learnt nothing new unlike gayathri.actually people are of three types
1.one who will be moral and do always good and sacrifices for others happiness.
2.those are bad who can go any extent to achieve their goals by any means.
3.these are very different,they are good at heart,wish to do good but not at cost of their happiness.they do mistakes and later realise and regret for it.these are some what dangerous i can say as we cannot predict their mind set.some times they will be good and some times become more villnous.they are middle of river,can compare with just like half knowleded people,papa s belong to this catagry.he needs some time and required situatians to understand the younger generations.hope that he gets it soon.

hai suni,raji,sj,afreesh,shla,amaica & all my friends,

i think Papa Scindhia n Prashant have formed a creep gang n abetting n aiding each other to force Yash’s hand against aarti but it’s not working ya. Yash has found Aarti after going through personal n emotional hell and he’s not going to let her 2 go for anyone or anything or 4 any reason. friends,have u noticed one thinh in yday’s epi,i just loved the way he stated that he doesn’t need anyone else as he has Aarti and put his arm around her n walks off. til now,Papa Scindhia is only giving info 2 Prashant but now, he moved one step forward by spending his money too. The man has stooped to a new low in his thirst to win his ego friends.

hi good morning to all pv fans,episode is good scences between arya had improved.bond between children and arya increased.it is colour full to watch.surja becoming more and more may be because of his failure to punish aarti.i have told u earlier he is man of principle with ego.but his ego is in upper hand it was shown ealier when he wanted seperate becouse aarti acted against him.it will take time for him to realise as ealier.many of u felt that yash inherited his good qualites from gayathri but i feel it is not coorect(soory if i had hurt any one).,gayathri had learnt reasonig and analsis recently,it is not by her nature,yash might have learnt how to love his chlidren from his mother,but his nature of being moral,thinking and analysing and his hatered towards lies have been learnt from suraj,because he had seen his father from this angle,yash even dont know that his father can go to any extent to achieve his goal,u remember till now he dont know that he played a trick to get divorcee with aarti when he was unconcious.now i feel that this case should be taken by pankaj with family support.mainy i was much impressed by gayathri,she changed alot.once vidi and pardi complainted to shobha that their mil might be like her.so that they can feel they are with their mother.now i feel that she is not less than shobha and a good mother in law.as she suported paridi and forgave aarti just by thinking from their side.

  Prsv , this is a very good post . Like you said , Yash did get those qualities , that we admire in him , from Papa S . I think that Gayatri’s love and devotion has contributed to a somewhat softer more humane version of Papa S , being within Yash ; he didn’t develop all his stubbornness . But we must also factor in the generation gap and the things that Papa S would have learn during his time .
