Punar Vivah 01st March 2013 Written Episode
Scene 1:
Location: Yash’s residence.
Yash is at a loss for suraj’s arguements. Suraj says that he wont let the kids have akash’s influence. Suraj says that this boy wont live here. Yash says that akash isnt at fault, and his upbringing is and assures him that he would teach him manners and family values. Arti too asks for his confidence in them, to be able to mould akash into a member of their family. He says that one day, suraj would be proud of him.suraj gives him 7 days to be able to bring about this change in akash’s personality, or else he would be thrown out of this house, without any arguement. Buaji too supports suraj for giving them this final chance. The family disperses off. Gayatri sits silently and starts crying. As she leaves, arti says that they would have to make akash understand for the sake of gayatri, who hasnt even hugged akash even once. yash too supports her, and thanks her for lending her upport.
Arti comes to radha to feed her. She refuses saying that she realises the impact of her mistake 30 years back, and that she is equally guilty towards yash and akash. yash asks her not to feel apologetic and not regret and let bygones be bygones. They should look at the time ahead, which they can change and get the whole family to give akash a position in their hearts. Yash just says that it would require some time. Radha praises gayatri’s upbringing, saying thats responsible for yash having such compassion and love for everyone in his life. yash too agrees but comparing their situation to Lord Krishna’s whose mother had sacrificed her love for the baby, for his better upbringing. Radha says that ven though she isnt his true mother in the real sense, she still feels a sense of pride in being yash’s mother and hopes that akash too would one day have the same manners that he has.
Akash reprimands ishita for trying to get close to her, but she is undeterred which irritates him all the more. He, all the more, becomes harsh on her, retorting at her upbringing. He calls himself as ill mannered and illiterate, used to living in dirt and cant stay dressed as sophisticated people. Ishits simply picks up the strewn sheets and starts arranging them again. He grabs her hand and breaks a bangle, pricking her hand and causing her pain. She flinches away from him.
Ishita finally gives in to her anger, and she too starts throwing things around saying that even she can be arrogant and egoist and once she is determined to achieve something, she would get to the bottom of this. She says that he might break non living things, but cant break off their relation, even if he wants to. He says that he has seen her kind of manipulation, on tv serials, but she should know that noone would ever be able to change him from what he is now.
Seeing this from a distance, gayatri curses radha saying that she has moulded akash into her own form and that she cant see him like this. She says that for 30 years, she was ignorant, but now she cant see him suffer and that she would have to do something about this.
Yash asks arti as to what is to be done to change akash. Arti lightens up his mood, saying that if she can convert her NO NONSENSE husband into a funny guy, moulding akash wont be a big problem for her. He too feigns taking insult into this, and pretends to be hurt. Arti, all the more teases him reminding him how nitpickety he used to be, yash finshes her sentence saying that he has also told so many times that she shouldnt look at him like that, as he gets lost in her eyes. He gets romantically intimate with her, while she smiles. Their romance is interrupted by the kids coming in from school. The kids ask what they were doing which they stoped seeing them. Arti says that they were talking about the kids only.
Palak tells arti about the project work that she and ansh have got, and how they are tensed about it and start discussing as to how to do it. The topics given are, saving electricity, afforestation, and spending quality time with family. while yash is explaining the topics to the kids, Arti gets an idea and tells yash that she has found a way to reform akash and mould him into a true, mannered member of this family. she decides on the family topic, and the kids leave thanking them for helping. Yash says that he’s proud at himself for having remarried, as if he hadnt, then who would have helped him in getting justice for his brother. She too agrees saying that for a relation to succeed, faith and company are required definitely, which they already have, and hence they wont have a problem in getting through this.
In suraj’s room, Gayatri says that for 30 years, suraj hid a dark secret of his, and now that he has an expectation from akash to mend, he has been given only 7 days, to rectify a mistake for which he’s not to be blamed. She curses radha too fr what she had done. But says that she had no fault, then why should she suffer. suraj asks if its a question or a complaint. She says that its just the sadness of a mother, who sees her own son suffering for no fault of his. When suraj asks why is she saying this now, gayatri retorts saying that a mother has the fullest rights to fight for the rights of her son. she says that for 30 years of torture, suraj has just granted 7 days to akash, which is wrong and highly unjust for akash, on suraj’s part, and that she doesnt approve of this. Suraj retorts that he doesnt need to know whats right or wrong for him. Gayatri too confronts him saying that he didnt remember anything when he consummated with radha, and that all the rules and obligations are for the women only, and that the male have the freedom to roam around. suraj is tensed and leaves the room. The screen freezes on gayatri’s face.
Precap: Buaji thinks that yash and arti may have taken the challenge of moulding akash, into the culture and manners suited to the scindia family, in just 7 days, but once the time period gets over, everyone would know who would win and who would lose, once the result comes out.

March 02, 11:11Suni…. I have to clear out something which is not explained from my side yaar….
Firstly…. I didn’t annoyed for revealing the truth instead I was upset with Arthi for the wrong time of revelation and her insensitive approach. What if, she said it to Yash at once & prepared him for the next day tragedy???…
Anyway, it had done…yash has no problem for that insensitive act since he is not a narrow minded man and he believes in morale. Okey….why he cried and felt uncomfortable instantly???….that’s the pure response from his inner conscience which was altered by Arthi’s consolation, later confirmed by FM warmth support & love. Therefore, he decided to bring them to house to get their rights. That’s the righteous action from yash….even if he didn’t take steps, Ishita might’ve entered into their family through her father’s influence . If not, Gayathri would’ve felt for her own blood as soon as she get cleared out of the situations. So, ethically & logically what they did are not wrong as well what they are doing at present is also not wrong.
How???… Yash has accepted his own mother without any complaint & compliment…..Ethically, he has the sole responsibility to rectify the sin or wrong (whichever it can be) which was created by Radha 30 years before. No one is ready to do the justice except Yash. Hense he undertook that mission with the companionship of Arthi. Henceforth Arthi supported him because she can understand the feelings of the fatherless child Akash.
Gayathri was silently acknowledging the righteous actions carried out by Yash. Unfortunately, SP’s fearful announcement has triggered her motherly emotions and backfired against his will.
We should accept the fact her love for yash is genuine not superficial. But she is in the position to promote the children which one is really seeking her attention not the one had received everything already. If she does things to endow the righteous demand of Akash & Ishita then it couldn’t be considered as selfish act.
But the big question is the possessive man Yash could bear such actions from Gayathri???…..would our legal advisor Arthi could support Gayathri???….if they can, then we shouldn’t call them as idiots since they are trying to do the justice.

March 02, 14:54Afreesh , in terms of character development , how have these two in question changed ?? What made them change ?? .
Yash abandoned his loyalty to Arpita after much challenge , he is happy now and focused on his family , that now includes , Aarti , Ansh and the scared little baby inside Aarti who doesn’t want to be seen . He changed almost completely but , only after he got a new responsibility yaar . He wasn’t prepared to accept just Aarti , he was prepared to accept his child and Aarti . He upholds his responsibilities dear , just like his father .
He was very strategic when he agreed to marry Ishita, he was prepared to be her husband if Ansh didn’t return at that opportune time . He has the same problem like his dad , but he has a different nature because of Radha . I do not see Radha as a negative character at present . She can love both Yash and Akash the same unconditionally . But , Gayatri has a different mentality . She is very conscious about blood relationships .
I see Yash and Aarti as idiots at present , because they are not identifying the great and imminent threats around them . They are still both naive despite all that they have been through with Prashant and Mr Dubey . They should be helping themselves first , not the new couple . There are others in the house to assist . Who made them gurus ? You say that they act with each other like headmaster and headmistress yaar , but I didn’t expect them to actually turn into these characters :D.

March 02, 19:03Hi Afreesh and Suni. :). Afreesh I agree with you. Both Aarti and Yash were a bit insensitive and forced people to accept the truth, but it needed to be done. Aakaush probably would have went to court to gain his rights. Anyway, both Yash and Aarti were brave enough to put everything behind them and see what is just and find a way of how it may be done. I am scared for Yash. Gayatri does care about her blood relationship with Aakaush and loves him because he was brought up like that. She should start showing that to him, because Aakaush is feeling very lonely right now. It was her right to ask for more time for Aakaush and Suraj just walked away from her like a scared little girl. He is not ready to accept the consequences and accusations of his mistake, but he will be forced to whether he likes it or not. It was also big of Yash to accept Radha and understand her. That was very respectable. Yash felt separated from the family when he first found out, but now that the whole cricket match is going to happen, I think he is going to be driven over the edge and leave the family. The question is if Gayatri will fight for Yash and love both of her children equally. Yash’s actions depend on Gayatri’s love. I think that Gayatri is at fault in some way because she should act fair towards both Yash and Aakaush. Yash was brought up by Gayatri and it is not his fault that he was switched, and he does so much for her. Aakaush is her real son whom she loves because he is her blood. I think Aarti will not support Gayatri because if would not be fair of her to act this way.
Suni, I wouldn’t say that Yash abandoned Arpita, he just moved on and accepted Aarti. Arpita will always have a special place in his heart. Both of our characters are very brave to look at things clearly and do what is right. They do things for others, not themselves which makes them very respectable. Our Yash and Aarti always act selfless, and try to guide others to the righteous path. They always fight for good, even if it may be difficult and fulfill the role of a son/bahu and more. Yash did nothing but good for the family, but I am scared Gayatri is going to hurt him with her love for Aakaush.

I didn’t mean that he abandoned Arpita in the sense that he threw her memories away for good . I meant that he gave up the loyalties that he had held , so strongly , for a dead woman , while he couldn’t see the needs of his new wife .
I agree that ArYa always try to do the best for others . But, they don’t seem to know what is best for themselves . They have never had much quality family time …without high tension drama looming like dark threatening storm clouds. . They should focus on their love a bit . They are full of good intentions , but they are not wise enough to see that things are not that simple as they make it out to be . Not everyone adopts their mindset, and , by taking on unnecessary challenges they will put themselves in harm’s way .
Isita and Akash got what they wanted ,they are not children , let them make the efforts to fit in . Papa S is no saint , why does he want to change someone else while he lives in a glass house and is throwing stones ? Let him change himself or face Akash’s questions . I don’t see anyone else rushing forward to save the Schindia family. Pankraj and Vidhi are elder . Who gave Arya the knight’s armour to be the savior all the time ?

March 03, 17:05Hi Suni, I agree. :). They need a vacation from saving their family. They are not even the eldest. I think Aakaush should learn how to be polite and eat and pray, but only seven days. Suraj made a mistake and kept it for 30 years. 30 years of change and only seven days? That is foolish and wrong. Suraj is an unfair person. He acts as the boss of everyone by guiding the rectification of HIS mistake. He couldn’t see clearly then and cannot now. Also, I wish Aarti and Yash have more time for romance and aren’t always putting others before them, not that I am saying this is a bad thing. Aarti and Yash have done so much for the family, where is their end of the bargain? Vidhi, Pankaj, and Gayatri are all elder to Yash and Aarti and the job of elders is to guide younger people and show them righteousness not the other way around. It must be exhausting for our lovers to barely ever stop trying to fix things in the family. Can’t the family not mess up for once, lol. Pari had to kill that producer and Suraj had to have an affair with Radha. These problems could be easily avoided. It seems as if Aarti and Yash are always guiding the family, even Gayatri and Suraj. They even guide themselves and the family in rectifying their own mistakes.

But, we couldn’t expect equality or righteous action from Gayathri because she listen to her motherly emotions. She has the practise of listening to her blood relatives and always her preference goes to her own children.

March 02, 07:32Love how Yash took control and just pull Aarti down and finally some romance time between Aarya. Any way u look at it G3 is going to support her own flesh and blood and that is Akash. Because she would want to bill a bond wit him. So basically. Yash and Aarti better watch themselves because when Akash realize this he will taunt Yash about his parent’s but he should remember that it’s Yash and Aarti who begged for them to get their rights.
