Preeti Puri ‘wants to have a baby’ next year

Preeti Puri who essays the role of Renu Chaturvedi in Zee TV’s Aaj Ki Housewife Hai… Sab Jaanti Hai has been happily married to Vipin Choudhary, Head of Operations at Sunshine Productions for three years now.

Talking about her personal as well as professional plans for the future, the beautiful actress states, “Frankly speaking, I have quite a lot of dreams to fulfil when it comes to my career. However, I also want to start my family by next year. I want to have a baby and enjoy motherhood to the core. This year, I am busy with my show on Zee TV, so hopefully things should fall in place on the personal front by next year.”

Speaking about her eventful career so far, Preeti explains, “I have been in this industry for over ten years now. I have done films, television and have also learnt a lot professionally. I am enjoying the present phase of my career being part of Housewife.. It is in fact the best cast to work with. We have a blast on the sets.”

Preeti who has an unusual way of speaking English in her show states, “I had to practice really hard to speak the messy and jumbled up English. Speaking the broken English was the toughest challenge for me in the show (smiles). There were times when I used to speak the same language even after the shoot, and my unit members had to remind me to switch off from my character and be my original self.”
