Pratigya 23rd August 2012 Written Update

MMFG : Contd from yest scene.. the man whipping up the crowd into a frenzy… says ppl like Arugshi should not live in this mohalla… we will drag her out of the house and blacken her face, parade her round town on a donkey… the crowd listen to his words and get heated up.. all shouting and agreeing with the speaker.. Arg runs into the house to hide… Dadi locks the door from inside.. P and Prof bravely stand infront of GH trying to prevent the mob… but no use.. the angry mob swamps them aside and enter the house… break down the front door… mob going from room to room searching for Arg.. all saxes trying to stop them but no use… Arg hiding behind her bed looking scared.. P phones K and tells him that they are in big trouble… some mob have entered the house and trying to harm Arushi… K stunned for a moment… then he tells P to handle it herself.. he has some other urgent work and cannot talk to her.. cuts phone… P stunned.. the mob finds Arg… all the saxes are dragged out by the mob, including P… all saxes are standing in a line with some ppl holding them… Arg is on the opp side of the road and held tightly, one man about to blacken her face.. just then everyone hears a gunshot… all rooted to the spot.. its Krishna.. he tells the mob than he will shoot the person who moves… all Saxes happy to see him.. Arg frees herself and runs to Prof.. K tells prof to take her inside… K then catches hold of the man and give him good slaps… P tells K and the crowd that this man had come to the house the prev night and acting as client for Arushi… P reveals that she had slapped him and sent him away and thats why he’s taking revenge on them… the ppl in the crowd realise their mistake and are sorry for their behaviour… they tell K that they will punish the man in exactly the same way he was going to do to Arushi.. the ppl blacken the man’s face and K puts garland of chappals on him… the mob drag him away raining blows…

GH : Argushi lying in bed looking faint… P trying to console her.. tells her to be brave and be present in court for just one more day… P assures her that she will win the case and remove all the insults heaped on Arg’s character.. K walks in and tells them not to worry.. he is always there to protect them… K is about to leave.. P stops him and tells him she wants to talk to him… both go into one of the rooms and P closes the door.. she runs to K hugs him and starts weeping… says I don’t know what would have happened if you hadn’t come at the right time… Arg would have been humiliated… you saved her… when you cut off the phone angrily, I was very scared… K consoles her and says, that he will always help her and her family… P stops crying and tells him to do one more task for her.. she asks him to find Pankaj Singh… tells him that I’m going to prove that Pankaj is linked to SS and SS is behind all this… K annoyed… tells P to stop trying to blame SS ..P tells him to find Pankaj and she will prove her words to be true… K perturbed, but agrees to do it…

Election meeting : Neta giving bhashan and praising SS… tells the crowd that SS is a very generous man and always doing good for the public… SS gets up and distributes clothes to the poor ppl.. gets photographed…

GH : Next day morning, P reading about SS in the newspaper… she tells Prof that she knows the reason why SS is doing all this… she points out to Prof that all the ppl at the meeting were of Sarju’s caste.. SS trying to get their votes.. Prof perturbed.. P tells him I will first gather all the proof and then reveal it to everyone…

Allahabad : K trying to find Pankaj.. goes around and asks many ppl but no one knows where Pankaj is… K goes to his house, but house locked… finally K goes to the local land record office (or was it a real estate agent) pretending to be a buyer for Pankaj’s property.. the agent reveals Pankaj’s village address to K… K calls P and tells her he is going to that village… P happy, tells him to take care & return soon… she cuts the call just as someone calls her name..

P turns around and stunned to see SS… SS taunts her and says how does it feel after getting so many insults… you GH ppl cannot show your faces again… he continues and tells her, if you had listened to me and not fought Arg case, none of this would have happened.. but u insulted me and I am a very stubborn man.. I will go to any extent for my revenge… P retorts and tells SS that getting insulted depends on one’s POV… if ppl see with dirty mentality, they will see bad everywhere…
P tells SS that K will feel disgusted when he comes to know that you are behind all this trouble… that day will soon come and K will know the truth that you are doing all this for electoral gains… SS looking angry…
