Pratigya 14th June 2012 Written Update

Lawyer’s office : Prats and Lawyerwa discussing about Adarsh’s mobile phone.. both puzzled why the phone couldn’t be found by the police… L says maybe phone wasn’t there, but P denies and says if K says he heard Adr phone ring, then it would have definitely been at that place… L says phone is imp piece of evidence… P agrees and says we have to find it… then she gets idea of itemised bill … L happy, says he will get it done…

TN : All having dinner, P comes back home, Ksr tells her to eat but P says she will eat later, KN asks about the progress of the case, P says that they will get Adr mobile bill the next day… Smr turns up and gives P glass of water and forces her to sit down and have dinner… all smile including KN…

GH : Midnight, Arushi is fast asleep.. Tam gets up and goes to the cupboard.. he starts searching for Adr phone in a suitcase on top of the cupboard.. A gets up and asks what he is doing… T stutters and says he’s feeling warm and wants a T shirt which Adr had gifted him… A says there’s only junk in the suitcase, no need to search there ..she goes to cupboard and hands over a T shirt to Tam… Tam looking annoyed..

Court : GH Wakilwa continues with his bakaity and tells Court that no need to drag the case any further as K is guilty and must be punished… KP lawyer interupts him and says GH wakil in too much hurry to get K convicted.. he says that Adr mobile is still missing and it is a crucial evidence which could change the direction of this case… Judge looking thoughtful.. P turns up with mobile bill and Lawyer looks at it and hands it over to the Judge..

KP lawyer call Prof to witness stand, and he testifies that Adr always had his mob with him.. Prof tells court that on the day of the murder, he tried to contact Adr but Adr never took the call…

L questions K who says that he found out where Adr was hiding when T called him.. says he could hear the noise of the bus stand… K then tells the Court that he went into the godown when Adr phone started ringing..

Next Tam is called to witness stand.. he tell Court that he called K only to ask forgiveness for Adr, but he never informed K about where Adr was hiding.. Lawyer then asks Tam about Adr phone..
Tam says Adr did not have mob with him, it was missing or lost.. Lawyer asks then why was the last call to Adr mob made from your phone… if it was lost why did you call him.. T is stunned and lost for words.. Wakilwa comes to his rescue and says T called to trace out the missing phone..

T is relieved and echoes Wakil’s words.. next KP lawyer asks why u called Adr only once and that too at the exact time of his death… T looking tense, then he says that he had tried to call again but phone was switched off..

T then starts doing nautanki and crying… he tells the court he had gone to get some food.. when he came back K had already murdered Adr.. says that if he had been present, he would have saved Adr’s life… all GH ppl looking impressed by his words … K gets angry and tells Tam to stop his nautanki or he will hit him…

Wakilwa immediately points out and tells Judge that this is the real K… full of anger.. on that day too K was angry with Adr and he killed him… P looks upset at K’s behaviour… Judge scolds K… K looks disgusted with himself..

GH Wakil then says he has some crucial evidence which will make this case as transparent as glass..
