TN : Starts with TN, smr and ksr having a small quarrel… smr refusing to hand over the kitchen scraper and ksr scolding him that he will hurt himself.. she finally snatches it away from him and smr starts crying… P comes up and consoles him that she will get him lots of new toys..
KN asks P whether the lawyer called regarding the Post Mortem report.. P says she will call him herself.. just then their lawyer calls up and says that he has got the PM report and asks P to meet him at the jail as he wants to talk to K urgently before the scheduled hearing…
Jail : P and K sitting down on a bench inside the cell, holding hands.. P very upset and asks K whether the police are stilling ill-treating him.. K assures her that he is OK… but P not convinced.. starts crying and says that she was very scared to see his condition the other day when he was beaten up and cannot bear to see him in pain… K hugs and consoles her…
Just then Lawyer turns up.. questions K as to what happened on that fateful day… K tells the story and says when he entered the factory, Adarsh was already lying on the ground with the rod piercing his chest.. he tried to help him, but Tanmay came running up and created a big ruckus about K murdering Adarsh and soon a large crowd had gathered..
Lawyer then informs KP that as per PM report, Adarsh was not killed by rod, but was strangled to death by a wire or thin rope… both stunned.. Lawyer further informs that no such wire / rope was found at the murder site… says now K has a good chance … P happy says the PM report proves that K did not kill Adarsh…
GH : GH wakilwa and GH ppl also discussing the PM report… wakilwa says that Adarsh was killed by a wire then what was the need for the killer to again pierce him with the rod… Tamtam says that maybe K was not convinced that Adr was completely dead and so he stabbed him with rod.. Wakilwa agrees with him.. tells GH ppl that not to worry, he will soon get K prosecuted…
TN : Next morning, TN wasis doing small pooja … P prays the goddess to help her prove that K is innocent…
GH : Tam tells A to get his bike keys… she is unable to locate it… finally Tam himself locates it in their room… Arg asks him when he changed his keychain… Tam angry and asks her should he relate every little thing to her… just then Prof calls them and says they are getting late for Court…
Outside Court : K arrives in police van with handcuffs… spots Kml wearing white sari and feels saddened… he rushes upto her and tries to talk but she turns her face away… also other GH ppl do not listen to K… suddenly GH wakilwa comes in between and tells K to say whatever he wants to say, in the court… P looking on …
Inside Court : GH Wakilwa starts his bakaity… Tells Judge that K is a famous Gunda of Allahabad and his anger also is well known.. says his family members – SS and KN are also known criminals.. Wakilwa points to P and tells Court that K had troubled GH ppl and forcibly married P… KP looking at each other, P looking upset.. Wakilwa continues and says that on the day of murder, K was angry that Adr had hit his sister Kml and had chased Adr with a gun… finally when K found Adr he killed him mercilessly .. K’s finger prints were on the rod and also there are eyewitnesses to prove that K had killed Adr..
Next, KP lawyer makes his pitch.. tells the Judge that if K belongs to a certain family it does not automatically imply that he is a murderer.. although K had many cases against him, he was never convicted of any crime.. also, lawyer points out that the same P whom K married forcibly, is now standing beside him and supporting him and they love each other… Lawyer tells Judge that, it would be better if GH wakilwa spoke about the case, rather than about K’s family…
KP lawyer tells court that K never intended to kill Adr, only scare him… then says when K chased Adr with a gun, why did he not use it to kill Adr ? would it not have been more simpler ? Lawyer also tells the Court that Adr died due to strangulation and not due to gun or rod… all look stunned & puzzled.. Tamtam looking tense…
precap : K once again tries to talk to Kml but she yells at him and tells him that he only killed Adr.. K shocked.. P looking grim…
