Prateeksha Lonkar roped in for &TV’s Badho Bahu

&TV’s upcoming show, Badho Bahu has caught on to the audience for its light-hearted concept and unique flavour. The show is being produced by Sunny Side Up maker Dipti Kalwani and Hum Tum Telefilms’ Teenna Swayam and Sushant Kumar.

We by now know of newbie Ritaysha Rathore and Bigg Boss fame Prince Narula playing the leads. Veteran actor Pankaj Dheer and Tollywood actor Arhaan Khan have been roped in for pivotal roles.

We now hear of seasoned actress Prateeksha Lonkar playing an important character in the show.

As per sources, “Prateeksha, who plays mother to Thapki in the Colors show, Thapki Pyar Ki will now play the mother of Badho.The lady will be a woman of substance, who would be managing her family very well. She will have a positive persona, and will have a strong role in the show.”

When contacted, Prateeksha confirmed the news to us that she will play Bado’s mother.
