Scene 1

Devi is getting ready when Kaurwaki brings the dress that she made for her, she tells Devi that she can present them as hers, Devi says you are not taking part in the competition tomorrow? Kaurwaki says not at all, I am your friend and would remain loyal to you. Vimla hears that and thinks this will spoil Helena’s plan, I have to inform her.

Pawan teases Ashok and says you used to hate Kaurwaki but now you have a soft corner for her, Ashok says stop it. Kaurwaki is passing by so Ashok stops her and asks if she is ready to play Holi with him tomorrow? Kaurwaki says they are enemies and will remain so. Ashok pulls her closer and says we are in a relationship. Kaurwaki finds Devi there so she moves away and says stay away from me. Ashok tells Devi that he is waiting for tomorrow to play Holi with his wives. He leaves. Kaurwaki tells Devi that she has no interest in Ashok. Devi says I know that and I know Ashok likes me only.

Vimla tells Helena that Kaurwaki hates Ashok and has decided to help Devi in tomorrow’s competition, she is not going to take part in the competition. Helena says how can that happen? Vimla says Bindusar was right about Kaurwaki, she has self-respect and turns Devi’s anger into friendship all the time. Helena says if this happens then Ashok will have 2 good wives and soon take over this palace, we have to make Kaurwaki and Devi fight.

Kaurwaki’s brother Udit Arya is playing around with his friends. He blindfolds himself and starts searching for other kids. A woman comes there and lures him in a corner. Arya takes off his blindfold and finds a woman in a veil bringing him to the snake pit. She tells him that your sister keeps running behind my Ashok so you will pay for her. She throws him into the snake pit. Arya screams for Kaurwaki.

Kaurwaki gets to know about Arya falling in the snake pit. She runs there and sees Arya fighting with the snakes. She says I am coming to save you. Ashok arrives there and jumps in the pit. He fights with the snakes and protects Arya. He asks if he is okay? Udit nods and jumps on his back. Ashok jumps the pit and Kaurwaki pulls Arya up. Ashok is trying to get up but keeps slipping as the snakes are attacking him. Kaurwaki takes off her dupatta and offers it to him. She pulls Ashok out of the pit using her dupatta and he falls on Kaurwaki. She pushes him away and says thank you for saving my brother. Ashok says I was suffocated by your favor of saving my father so I paid it back. Kaurwaki says that’s right then. Ashok says I am always right.

The servants are gushing over Ashok and Kaurwaki protecting each other. Devi is angry hearing all that. She goes to Kaurwaki and asks what happened? Kaurwaki says Arya slipped in the snake pit but Ashok saved him. Devi nods and leaves from there. Arya tells Kaurwaki that someone threw him in the pit, I am sure it was Devi. She told me that I have to pay for you being close to Ashok. Kaurwaki says I can’t believe it was Devi. Arya shows her the dupatta piece that he pulled from the woman and says it belongs to Devi.

Kaurwaki comes to Devi and checks her torn dupatta. Devi asks if Arya is okay now? Kaurwaki nods. Devi says lets for the competition now. Kaurwaki nods and goes with her. The servant gives the dress plate to Devi.

Vimla recalls how she gifted the dupatta to Devi for the competition and used the same one to throw Arya in the pit. Helena says I made Arya and Kaurwaki believe that it was Devi who pushed Arya in the pit. Dayana says Kaurwaki must be angry with Devi now. Helena says this Holi will be fun now.

Ashok tends to Kaurwaki’s father and gives him his medicine. Chanakya is there too. Kaurwaki’s father gets up on his own and is doing well. Ashok tells Chanakya that you have done a miracle for him. Chanakya says I am dedicated to making him fine. Ashok says soon he will be fine and will go back to Kaling which is good. Chanakya says you are worried that once he becomes fine then he will go back to Kaling and Kaurwaki will go with him. Ashok says I am not worried, I would want Kaurwaki to leave and don’t care about her. He leaves from there. Chanakya smiles and says Ashok has found his real partner, no one knows that their pair is going to rewrite the history soon.

Precap: Kaurwaki tells Dev that she has told Sushil about her and Ashok’s plan. Devi lashes out at her and says that you have betrayed your husband and your friend and now I don’t understand weather you are my friend or my enemy.
