Sajjan Singh’s wife tells Hasti that he will not go to Pourav rastra, let Puru go instead. Hasti says he has got a great opportunity. She says opportunities will come, once his father comes, she will ask him to stop Hasti. Hasti says it is baba’s decision. Maa is shocked. Puru asks maa to let Hasti go and send him by feeding kheer. Hasti says he will go and inform Sumer first and then will come and have kheer. Maa asks Puru if it is his plan to send Hasti to Pourav rastra. Puru says he wanted to go alone, but baba stopped him and decided to send Hasti. Maa yells what he needs, why he wants to snatch Hasti from him, he can take whatever she has but spare Hasti. Puru stands dumbstuck. She says he is… Sajjan comes an stops her. She drops kheer angrily. Pur picks remaining kheer and leave
to give it to Hasti. Puru walks holding kheer bowl and calls Hasti.
Sajjan scolds wife that being in dasyu rajya if she forgot that she is Pourav rastras senapati’s wife, Puru is their responsibility and Bamni king’s son. Wife says he forgot that her only son is Hasti and she does not want to lose him. Puru gives mom’s prepared kheer to Hasti. Hasti enjoys it and asks to share. Puru says he already had his share. Hasti thanks him for giving an opportunity, else he himself would have gone by insisting baba. Puru gets sad reminiscing mom’s harsh words. Hasti gives him bowl and leaves to meet Sumer.
